Hello everyone,

Welcome to this meditation for your back.

Find a comfortable and safe space where you can lie or sit down,

Then just gently closing your eyes,

Allowing yourself to have the space for this healing to happen.

Just taking a couple of deep breaths for now,

Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth,

In through the nose and out through the mouth,

In through the nose and out through the mouth,

Energizing your system.

Just noticing how your body feels at this moment,

We are not looking for anything in particular,

Just noticing what's here.

Then we are just going to visualize that you have entered a room made of gold and diamonds.

The power of this room is incredible.

The room is the highest vibrational room in the universe.

It has the potential to help heal all injuries.

All of your worries begin to disappear as you walk towards the center of the room.

You are completely away from society.

All the external world's pressures disappear.

Every step to the center feels effortless.

When you reach the center of the room,

You notice that you are floating.

You do not have to move a muscle within your body.

The golden diamonds shine all around you.

Wow,

So beautiful.

The diamonds then all shine together and create a gorgeous golden energy.

This energy flows to your body and when it touches you,

You know that it's a powerful healing energy,

Specifically made by the diamonds for your back.

The energy goes to your back,

Where your specific injury is.

It could be your lower back,

Middle back,

Upper back,

Or your spinal area.

It hovers above the area.

You feel like the area is being massaged and caressed.

It is such a soothing feeling.

The golden energy then goes into your specific injured area in the back.

Whatever you feel here is for your highest and greatest good.

If you are feeling comfort,

Discomfort,

Or neutral,

That's okay.

Let it be.

The golden energy does not discriminate between sensations or feelings.

All are necessary in the healing process.

The energy then goes deeper into your injured area.

Lensing.

Lensing.

Lensing.

Lensing.

All dense vibrations in your back are being transformed into healing vibrations.

The energy goes into the ligaments,

Tendons,

And muscle surrounding the area.

It then goes into the very atoms of the area,

Changing the very DNA for healing and growth.

Wow,

Transformation is certainly happening.

Every single sensation that you feel from here is healing your back.

Irregardless of comfort,

Discomfort,

Or neutrality,

Your back's environment has changed forever for the better.

The golden energy then spreads from your injury to the whole of your back and spine.

Healing.

Healing.

Then we are going to have a period of gratitude for the back.

Do not forget how much it has given to you.

Up until this point.

From general movement to the sports you have been involved in.

Your back has always supported you in every way it could.

For your own survival.

With this thought then,

The golden energy sucks up any last tension within the back.

As this meditation comes to an end,

The golden energy will always stay with you.

Whatever sensation comes up from here on out,

It is okay.

It's your body's healing response.

Now,

Let's just move our bodies around.

Waking ourselves back up.

Take a big,

Deep,

Energizing breath in through your nose.

And breathing out through your mouth.

Opening your eyes when you are ready.
