Hello everyone,
Welcome to this healing appreciation meditation for your brain,
The very organ that is processing this information right now.
This is a meditation where you will gain tranquility,
Healing and appreciation for all of the beautiful things your brain does for you on a daily basis.
The act of appreciation can tremendously benefit you and your brain,
Providing healing,
Regeneration and promoting overall health,
Providing a great reset for you.
So just coming right down into this particular moment,
Allowing your attention to just rest in the now,
Having the intention to go easy on yourself in this moment,
To not be hard on yourself,
Easing down and giving yourself permission to rest,
Putting any responsibilities that you may have had to the side,
They're not needed right now.
Being gentle on yourself,
Allowing gentleness to develop within your brain,
A soothing,
Nurturing gentleness.
This is so refreshing,
So relaxing.
You can see this gentleness as a white light inside of your brain.
It gently soothes each thought,
Allowing your brain to just rest in this moment.
The white gentle light soothes any difficult or intense thoughts.
It reminds you to go easy,
To be gentle.
Noticing how the brain feels right now,
The very complex organ inside your skull,
A magnificent structure.
Notice any sensations within this structure.
There could be discomfort,
Comfort or it may be neutral.
There's nothing that you can feel that is wrong here.
Allow this magnificent organ to work its magic and express itself sensory wise.
Do you feel pressure in the brain?
A lightness,
Tingles?
You may feel nothing at all and that's completely okay.
Your brain expresses what it needs to in this very moment.
If thoughts are wandering around,
They are just electrochemical impulses within the brain.
Just like fireworks within this amazing structure.
This gentle white light turns into a pink light as you harness appreciation for your brain.
Appreciate all it does for you now.
How it analyzes and is the organ that processes your thoughts.
Without the brain,
We would not be safe.
We would get burnt by fire without knowing it's hot.
Appreciate this.
It keeps us safe and secure.
Appreciate the neurons within the brain.
There are billions of these.
They allow us to learn tremendous things like sports,
Driving a car or learning complex math equations or language.
So many things are possible with this structure.
Appreciate the neurotransmitters.
The transmitters that allow us to get excited for upcoming events or feel deeply relaxed and tranquil.
They are floating around in your brain right now.
Regulating and balancing.
Appreciating the amazing facts about the brain.
How it can generate enough electricity to power a lightbulb.
How it is mostly made of water and yet so constantly active and adaptable.
How it's storage capacities are immense,
Containing a potential of 1000 trillion neuron connections.
Still,
We haven't created a computer just as amazing as our brains.
Resting here and appreciating this wonderful organ.
Allowing the pink light of appreciation to encompass all of the brain.
Soaking into brain cells.
Rejuvenating its tremendous healing capabilities.
Balancing,
Resting.
As you rest,
Say to your brain,
I appreciate you.

I appreciate you.
Now as this meditation comes to an end,
Know how amazing your brain is.
It's a true miracle to have it around.
Just waking your body back up as we come back to the world.
Moving around if you wish.
Stretching.
Waking,
Waking,
Waking.

Just opening your eyes with a newfound appreciation.
