Welcome to this short meditation for feeling,
Your journey to healing.
Today we are going to go easy on ourself,
Easy on our emotions,
Easy on our sensations,
Increasing our ability to feel,
Enhancing our ability to heal,
Redirecting your attention to your very own body now,
Becoming aware of whatever is going on for you today,
Noticing any sensations or emotions,
Numbness,
Tingling,
Pressure,
Warmness,
Pleasure,
Pain could be all present right now,
Just being with whatever,
There is nothing you can do wrong,
Just notice the sensations within your body,
Noticing with a sense of curiosity,
A sense of warmness,
Being gentle with yourself,
Being open to feeling,
Open to pleasure,
Open to love,
Open to joy,
Open to sadness,
Open to frustration,
If there's any particular tough emotions coming up right now,
Just saying to them,
I hear you and acknowledge you,
You are loved and safe,
These emotions are just trying to keep you safe,
Bless their little hearts,
Leave them be to do their thing,
Let them come,
The same way you would with pleasure and joy,
Resistance only creates more intensity,
Like a hand motion trying to stop ripples in the water only to create more,
Watching whatever comes up from a gentle distance,
Feeling is healing,
Feeling is expression,
Feeling is embracement,

Now just coming back to your body as you wake yourself back up,
Moving it around,
Waking back up,
Noticing how this short check-in made you feel,
