Mindfulness Meditation is the act of purposefully paying non-judgemental attention to the present moment. This session is a 5-minute guided walking meditation. It will both instruct you on how to practice mindfulness meditation as well as act as a guide to stay mindful. To begin, focus on the sensations coming from your feet as you walk. If your mind wanders, return your focus to these sensations. Use this as a daily practice, or as an alternative to seated/silent meditation.
