It’s often the case that in searching for purpose, we become intensely, even impatiently focused on “Knowing.” Utilizing “purpose” as the implied focus of this series allows a more natural emergence of aptitudes. Purpose often becomes a revelation of what we can pour the most love into and share with others. More than an elusive aspect of our identity, purpose becomes a chosen path forward. This 3-session mini-series is all about owning the vibrational clarity of who you are and what is yours to do.
The focus of the sessions: Remembering Who You Are is about your life relationships, Stepping Into Your Best Self is about your chosen path, and What Can You Do, about discerning your natural way of showing up. Session topics and the sound meditations contained within them, combine in such a way that leaves you with a sense of spontaneous optimism about your uniquely beautiful life.
There is also a dynamic, larger harmony at play in these 3 practices, here serendipitously compiled, that is nothing short of musical alchemy! Which absolutely lends them to being a joyful listening experience for all levels. I believe, they can transform you in subtle and surprising ways that amplify your charisma, confidence, and power to show up in this world as your whole, best self.
Best Way to Engage This Series:
You can practice listening one at a time as a stand-alone practice at any break in your day. Or you might practice listening to one and following it with a silent sitting practice, or even “sandwiched” in-between two silent meditations. You might also consider utilizing them during walking meditation, especially the 2nd practice. Or maybe, if time permits, use all 3 collectively as a part of an extended practice with ample silences interwoven in between. There are interestingly many options in terms of ways to listen that lend themselves to a meaningful experience and allow the sessions to reinforce each other.
