Inherent in the regular practice of this meditation are many gifts. For those of us who would traverse the inner depths of awareness, and give a certain quality of attention to the practice, this is potentially an exquisite exchange. This advanced meditation begins with a full-body breath vibrational alignment w/the 528Hz tuning fork, incorporates the awareness of opposites inspired by the yoga nidra form of meditation, and builds into a certain experience - as defined by you. Hello everyone,

This is Jeannie J.

Welcome to this special meditation.

This meditation is dedicated to a dear friend of mine,

A healer and a masseuse,

Whom I was going to visit one day.

And on the morning that we were to visit,

I actually was walking up around dawn and realized that I had a whole meditation that I wanted to record.

So I'll share it with you here today,

Hoping that it will bring something special to you on this day.

It is in large part unscripted,

But we will begin with a full body breath and vibrational alignment using the tuning fork that's tuned to 528 hertz.

And we'll follow up with some very intentional work with emotional opposites before moving into a very sweet experience of your bliss.

So let's begin.

And so let's begin by allowing the body to relax into its own most comfortable positioning for you today.

And we'll take three full deep breaths together to align our energies and focus into practice.

Breathing in and holding at the top and breathing out.

Again,

Breathing in,

Completely filling the lungs and holding at the top and breathing out.

Once more,

Breathing in this time,

Engaging every muscle of the body into a tight squeeze and holding at the top and squeezing every muscle engaging the body into this practice.

And release,

Release and relax into your own optimal comfortable positioning.

Continuing to make any small and necessary adjustments for your comfortable positioning as you continue to breathe deeply.

Slowly in and slowly out.

And if you like,

You can imagine that I am here with you in practice placing the tuning fork in the center of your body about three feet below the body.

Centered here and now and calming in ever so gently from the right outer edge,

Smoothing the energy inward three feet below the body and from the front outer edge,

Smoothing the energy inward about three feet below the body.

From the left outer edge,

Smoothing inward into center and from the back outer edge,

Smoothing inward into center,

Allowing this energy about three feet below your body to be gently activated and balanced.

As you continue to breathe slowly and deeply,

Bringing your awareness upward now into the feet,

Allowing the sound and frequencies to gently radiate through the feet as we begin to comb from the outside in from the right side,

Gently smoothing and balancing all the way to center from the front outer edge,

All the way into the toes and to center from the left outer edge of the body,

Drawing smoothly and ever so gently into center and from the back outer edge,

Smoothing into the center of the feet,

Allowing the souls to feel the sensation of balance and release,

Allowing your awareness to move upward now into the knees,

Just in the center of the knees and we begin to comb inward now,

Smoothing the energies all the way from the right outer edge of your biofield,

Ever so gently into the knees,

From the front outer edge of your biofield,

Ever so gently into the knees and from the left outer edge of the biofield,

Ever so gently into the knees and from the back outer edge,

Ever so gently smoothing the energies into the center of your knees,

Allowing the energies here to be balanced and smooth and ever so slightly activated,

Allowing your awareness to come upward now into the hips,

Into the hollow of your pelvis,

Allowing the sound to gently activate any energy centers that would call for balance and activation and bringing your awareness from the right outer edge of your biofield,

Ever so gently sweeping inward into center,

From the front outer edge,

Gently into the hollow of your pelvis,

From the left outer edge,

All the way into center and from the back outer edge of your biofield,

Sweeping now smoothly forward into center,

Allowing the sound of the tuning fork to radiate and expand from the hollow of your pelvis,

Breathing in and breathing out,

Breathing in and breathing out,

Balanced and smooth and slightly activated,

Bringing the awareness upward now into the lower belly,

Into the area of the navel,

Allowing the sound to radiate and vibrate in the lower belly,

All the way through the belly,

Calming ever so gently inward from the right side of your biofield,

From the outer edge,

Into center,

All the way smoothly into the belly,

From the front outer edge of the biofield,

From the left outer edge of the biofield,

Smoothly in and from the back outer edge of the biofield,

Into the belly,

Ever so gently sweeping all energies in from all sides into the belly,

Allowing it to be smooth,

Balanced and gently activated,

Continuing to breathe deeply,

Breathe deeply,

Allowing the awareness to come upward now,

Up,

Up,

Up,

Into the area just below the rib cage,

Feeling the sound vibrations gently radiate and expand in this area just below the rib cage,

Breathing in and breathing out,

Calming in gently now from the right outer edge,

All the way into the center of the diaphragm,

Smoothly in,

Calming inward now from the front outer edge,

Smoothly into center,

Calming in now from the left outer edge,

Into center,

Into center,

Calming in now from the back outer edge,

Smoothly into center,

Allowing this area in the center of your diaphragm to breathe deeply,

As you allow the sound vibrations to radiate and expand,

Smoothing,

Balancing and activating,

Knowing that it is so,

Allow your awareness to rise upward,

Up into the center of your chest,

Breathing deeply into the center of your chest,

Deeply in and deeply out,

Coming out to the right outer edge of your biofield,

All the way in from the outer edge,

Smoothly calming all energies into center,

Coming in from the front outer edge of the biofield,

Smoothly calming all energies into center,

Coming in from the left outer edge of the biofield,

Smoothly calming all energies into center,

Calming all the way in from the back outer edge of the biofield,

Calming,

Smoothing all energies into the center of the chest,

Breathing in,

Breathing out,

Breathing in,

Breathing in,

And breathing out,

Bringing your awareness now upward,

Up,

Up,

Up,

All the way up to about three feet centered above the head,

Three feet above the head,

At the top edge of your biofield,

Bringing all energies gently in from the right outer edge,

All energies gently in from the front outer edge,

All energies gently in from the left outer edge,

And all energies gently in from the back outer edge,

All into center,

About three feet above your head,

At your outer edge of your biofield,

Centered above you,

Balanced,

Smoothed,

And ever so gently activated,

Stimulated,

And open,

Allowing your awareness to drop downward now onto the crown just at the top of your head,

The very top of your skull,

Ever so gently allow the sound frequencies to be centered here in this space,

Calming inward now,

Into center,

Now from the right outer edge of your biofield,

Into center,

From the front outer edge of your biofield,

Into the center of the top of your skull,

And from the left outer edge of your biofield,

Into the center of the top of your skull,

From the back outer edge of your biofield,

Into center,

Smoothing,

Calming,

Balancing,

The center of swirling energy ever so gently activated,

Stimulated at the top of your skull,

Allowing your awareness to gently sink down now,

Bringing your awareness into the center of your brain,

The center of your brain,

Behind the eyes,

Into the pockets of the brain,

Ventricles filled with fluids,

Allowing the sound and frequencies to radiate and expand,

Gently massaging and stimulating the brain,

Bringing your awareness now to that right outer edge of the biofield,

Smoothing,

And sweeping these energies into the center of your brain,

And from the front outer edge of your biofield,

Sweeping smoothly and gently inward,

Into the center of your brain,

And from the left outer edge of the biofield,

Ever so gently inward,

Into center,

And behind you,

From the back outer edge of the biofield,

Sweeping,

Ever so gently smoothing all energies into the center of your brain,

Breathing in,

And breathing out,

Breathing in,

And breathing out,

Allowing the awareness to gently sink downward into the hollow of your throat,

And the hollow of your throat,

Breathing in,

Breathing out,

Sweeping ever so gently in from the right outer edge,

All the way into center,

Ever so gently in from the front outer edge of your biofield,

All the way into center,

The hollow of your throat,

Sweeping inward from the left outer edge,

All the way into center,

And from the back outer edge,

Ever so gently into the hollow of your throat,

Breathing in,

And breathing out.

Once more,

Allowing the awareness to gently be smooth,

Balanced,

And smooth.

Balance and activated.

Allowing the awareness to move down into the heart as we begin to sweep up and down the entire central column of energy in the center of your body,

All the way down to the toes,

All the way up to the top of your head,

Smoothing and balancing all areas in the central column of the body,

Expanding down to three feet below the body,

And all the way up to three feet or so above the body,

Smoothing the column of energy of your entire biofield.

You are centered.

You are balanced.

You are activated and stimulated,

And the energy of you is now ready to deepen and settle into practice,

Continuing to breathe deeply,

Scanning the body for any lingering pockets of tension,

Releasing,

Relaxing,

Breathing,

And being.

At this time,

We will practice opposites.

In this practice,

We become aware of ourselves as feeling and of ourselves as the one feeling.

With your next deep inhalation,

Begin to imagine you feel your most joyful feeling.

If it helps,

You can recall a memory or a time when you were recently most joyful.

Allow this feeling to fill the center of your chest with each breath,

And as you exhale,

Allowing this joy to radiate and expand through the body and the whole energy field.

Feel your bliss.

Feel your joy.

Breathing in joy.

Breathing out joy.

Feeling expansion and joy.

And with your next deep breath,

Begin to allow the joy to radiate and expand through the body.

The joy to dissipate into the background of your being as you slowly shift your feeling and emotion into sadness.

Breathing now into sadness.

Recalling a time when you felt sad,

Maybe alone,

Even frustrated.

Allow this feeling of sadness to radiate and expand,

Owning every aspect of this sadness that you feel.

Feeling mindful of how it feels in the chest,

In the belly,

In the body.

Breathing into and becoming aware of yourself as feeling sad.

With your next deep breath,

Allow this feeling of sadness to dissipate into the background as you gently and slowly bring your awareness back upward into joy.

Can you feel the joy again?

Is it there for you as it was before?

Joy,

Unmeasurable joy radiating and expanding through your presence,

Through your breath,

Joy so complete that it must be bliss.

Let your joy radiate through your being as you become aware of yourself as the one feeling joy.

Breathing in and breathing out joy.

You are feeling and you are more.

You can consciously choose to feel right now.

It is up to you what you feel in this moment.

Allowing this joy now to dissipate into a space of neutrality,

A pleasant in between where you choose with a greater and higher awareness what you would like to feel in this moment.

From this neutral state,

Just breathe.

Becoming aware of yourself as the one breathing.

And aware that you are being breathed by life.

You are simply aware and present and being breathed.

Now you can call to mind from this calm and centered place any goals or perhaps some ideas or some kalpa that you have and imagine that it is just now so.

This is the sweetest moment where your dream becomes reality.

This magic moment,

This instance of truth and awareness where you have dared to dream a dream that is just now so.

You can allow this to be as you breathe.

You know that you are one with the one that breathes you.

That this dream of yours is yours and is a part of something more.

This dream you dream has been dreamt before.

This dream you dream will be dreamt again.

By the ones who have come before and the ones that will come after,

Life will continue to fold and mold itself into the shape of your dream.

So breathe fully and completely allowing yourself to become one with the dream.

One with a life self-contained within its completion.

The energy of the universe,

Of the cosmos,

Of your ancestors before and after all move and fold and smooth into the dream you dream.

And the sum total of this creative energy bursts into an array of colors all around you like fireworks in the sky.

And this brilliant display and spray of energy now begins to settle.

Settling back down into the shape of your dream and here and now all is well.

All is well.

Bringing the breath ever so gently back into your normal rhythm.

Allowing the energy of the body to begin to shift also back into its normal rhythm.

Feeling yourself refreshed and energized and alive.

You can fully bring your awareness into the room.

Slowly taking in your surroundings.

Feeling yourself grounded and settled into this present moment.

Further and present and knowing that all is well.

And this is the natural conclusion of our practice today.

This was soothing relaxing calming joyful delightful beautiful awesome amazing wonderful. She has such a seductive blissful exotic extraordinary voluptuous extravagant tremendous lovely sexy voice.
