Hello and welcome to another rest and reset with the sound masseuse.
This is Jeanne Johnson and today's Aum meditation is themed around love.
We always have a two-fold goal with these Aum chant meditations.
It's first to stimulate the vagus nerve.
The vagus nerve is the largest cranial nerve that runs down from our brains behind our vocal cords and down to innervate organs like the lungs and heart and intestines so that our kind of genuine authentic vocal expression becomes more than just something that really feels good and lifts our mood.
And it literally is good for us and has also been found to decrease anxiety.
So we do this chant to stimulate the vagus nerve as well as to call forward a positive emotion so that we can imbue the sound with the feeling.
We begin in this way to develop a feeling awareness as we are toning and chanting.
So know that you are invited in this practice which is themed around love and the whole idea of your purpose being something that you love and giving that out into the world.
As we are Aum-ing today,
You are invited to Aum with me as you feel moved to do so.

First of all,
I believe in love.
I believe in the eternal,
Infinite,
Self-fulfilling expression of love.
Love expressing as life and love expressing through life as I know it.
Love is this thriving expression of life.
The ultimate self-fulfilling prophecy.
I believe in and love myself as being part of this one,
Infinite,
Loving reality.
And I believe in you that you must believe in love too to be willing and living and yearning to give of what is within you and to give of yourself to life.
All self-contained within this great exchange,
I so cherish what is mine to do for you that nothing stops me from doing it.
All that is,
Experiences included,
Herd me in the direction of giving the ultimate gift of my unique self-expression.
The ultimate love I have to give.
No half-stepping.
A full-out divine discourse.
A full-out divine expression of divine love.
Absolute free expression to the best of what is mine to do.
And in you I witness and behold what greater story is yet to unfold.
Full and cherished as we evolve together.
As individual expressions of an infinite one.
I know what is true for me is also true for you.
It's also true for my daughters and all my relations.
And all listening now and forever and forever and now.
Love is a timeless truth.
Love has a place for you to thrive.
I believe in love and I believe in this and no one thought or doubt can make me witness for this is a standing truth.
So stand for the love that is alive in you.
I believe in love in you.
A unique divine expression of the infinite one.
And your life has its own experiences that carve,
Shine,
And polish you into an ultimate you.
It's okay to love.
It's okay to be in love with life.
It's okay to feel and to feel love for life.
And to know love within you and what is most naturally yours to do.
Your purpose and creative expression must be loved by you.
For love grows all things according to their own right design.
Like a flower opens to the sun.
There is a place for all of us to grow and flourish.
It is not a place to seek without but must first be found within.
Stand and flourish.
Feed your knowing with more knowing.
And watch and observe as life responds to your love.
I believe in you.
Right where you are.
Right as you are.
That your innate potential can be unleashed.
This is only a few of the powerful things I know to be true.
About me and about you as we increasingly realize that we are one.
One mind knowing.
One voice owning.
And even as I have spoken it,
You heard it.
My word becomes a living word.
Alive in the air around me.
Its essence carried on the wind.
Emanating through all currents that connect us.
And I have heard it.
Allowed it to feel and echo through the spaces within me.
Waking what makes it so.
And so it is.
