
Full Body Vibrational Breath Alignment

This full body vibrational alignment, is a favorite among many practicing live sound meditation. Recorded here for your convenience, we comb through and boost the body-mind system with the intentional combination of sound and breath. Hello and welcome to practice.
I'm Jeannie J.
And I'm grateful to be with you.
Today,
We'll be doing a full body vibrational alignment.
I'm joining you here just after a morning walk in the backyard garden.
I call it the backyard again.
After the maintenance work,
I took a long slow walk through,
Thanking the Santana plants for their small red crown shaped blooms,
Taking the time to breathe in deeply the sweet scent of a yellow rose.
And finally,
I stopped to welcome a new pollinator friendly native salvia to the garden.
This is a reminder for me of our symbiotic relationship with nature,
Even as we are a part of it.
And that as I work to maintain and appreciate the well-being of the garden,
It also adds to my own overall sense of well-being.
The same applies to you and your happy place.
As we move through our practice today,
If you aren't already actually there,
I invite you to imagine yourself in your favorite surroundings.
Taking time to care for and breathe your love into these places is also taking time to cultivate your inner joy.
In our practice today,
We'll use the tuning forks and other soothing sounds and our focused intention to breathe the body,
Restoring a sense of balance and well-being to the overall system.
Tuning fork alignment sessions are most effective as a weekly practice.

In addition to expanding the different areas of the body into nine different class sections,
Each section includes spatial sound frequencies,
Which enhance the listening experience.
For the remainder of our time together today,
I recommend listening in an active and mindful way,
Investing a fullness of attention into the visualizations,
In this way increasing the effectiveness of your practice.
So let's get started.
So let's begin by taking three deep breaths together.
At the top of each inhale,
We'll pause and with each exhale,
I invite you to sigh or hum to help you relax even faster.
So let's inhale together and hold at the top and exhale.
Again,
Inhaling,
Completely filling the lungs and hold and exhale.
Once more,
Inhaling,
Completely filling the lungs and holding at the top and exhale.
Very good.
Allow yourself to settle into your most ideal posture for this practice.
Even if you choose to be moving in slow motion,
Pay attention to the body's cues and allow yourself to make small necessary adjustments that lend a sense of balance and a sense of stillness.
Whatever posture you've chosen to sit,
Stand,
Or a slow moving meditation,
It's time to become more completely present in the body,
Present in the moment,
And present in the practice.
Just breathing in as if filling the whole body with fresh,
Clean oxygen and breathing out with a softening and a release.
As we begin our tuning fork tune up,
Know that we'll be imagining a bubble about three to six feet in diameter centered around each of the body parts that we're focused on.
First imagining yourself looking at your feet firmly situated in your favorite surroundings.
Then,
Bringing your focus to about three feet below the feet.
If you choose,
You can see a golden swirl of energy open towards your feet.
Each ring of the tuning fork gently pushes the sound energy inward towards and through the feet and the whole body.
Breathing deeply,
Receive what is here for you.
Receive what the sound sends you.
Very good.
Bringing your breath awareness now into the soles of your feet,
Becoming aware of how you feel all around the soles of your feet,
In the heels,
The arches,
And toes.
Imagining that inside each of your feet is a deeper connection,
Just beyond ordinary awareness.
We can think of it like a quantum entanglement.
Electrons that were once paired now in two different places,
Still sharing a non-local connection to one another.
No matter where they are in space,
They are always intrinsically connected as one.
As you breathe into the center of your feet,
Know that as you do,
What is restored in one is simultaneously restored in the other.
And so inhaling,
Smoothing inward energies from within the bubble surrounding the feet,
And exhaling,
Expanding.
Modes Very good.
Knowing that the energy within and surrounding the feet has been reset to allow for a deeper sense of balance in place and a sense of sure footing.
Bringing your breath awareness now into the center of each knee.
Becoming aware of how you feel within and around the knees.
The legs and thighs.
And especially within the center of each knee,
Underneath the kneecaps,
Within the mechanisms of the joints.
As you breathe into the center of your knees,
Know that as you do so,
Simultaneously what is restored in one is restored in the other.
And so inhaling,
Smoothing and soothing energies inward from within the bubble surrounding the knees.
And as you are exhaling,
Exhale expanding.
Very good.
Knowing that the energy within and surrounding the knees has been reset to allow for greater empowerment and flexibility to move you in the right direction.
And so bringing your breath awareness now into the hollow of the pelvis.
Becoming aware of how you feel within and around the base of your spine.
The hip joints and muscles.
The buttocks and upper thighs and the bottom of the belly.
Becoming aware also of the area and organs around the coccyx bones at the tip of the spine.
As you breathe into the center of your pelvis,
Know that as you hold at the top of your inhales,
The energy of this space is restored to balance and reset for your optimal health and vitality.
And so inhaling,
Smoothing and soothing all energies inward from within the bubble surrounding the pelvis.
And as you exhale,
Exhale expanding.
Very good.
Knowing that the energy within and surrounding the pelvis has been reset to allow for your optimal health and vitality.
When you rise from being seated to standing,
You may do so grounded and supported in your goals.
Bringing your breath awareness now into the center of the waist behind the belly button.
Becoming aware of how you feel within and around the belly.
Upwards towards the diaphragm.
And below towards the lower lumbar of the spine.
And also especially within the internal organs of the belly.
As you breathe into the center of your belly,
Remember as you do so that you are able to breathe life into the creative aspects of your nature.
And so inhaling,
Smoothing and soothing energies inward from within the bubble surrounding the belly.
And as you exhale,
Exhale expanding.
Very good,
Very good.
Knowing that the energy within and surrounding the belly and belly button has been reset to stimulate your creativity in connection with the source of creation.
And bringing your awareness now into the base of the rib cage.
Becoming aware of how you feel within and around the celiac bundle of nerves,
Also known as the solar plexus.
Become mindful of how the diaphragm supports each breath you breathe.
This area begins to shift our awareness more into the essence of our chosen creations and experiences.
As you breathe into the center of your solar plexus,
Hold at the top of each breath,
Sense a more powerful connection between the lower and upper body.
And so inhaling,
Smoothing and soothing inward all energies from within the bubble surrounding the solar plexus.
And as you're exhaling,
Exhale expanding.
Very good.
Knowing that the energy within the solar plexus has been reset to allow for greater ease in aligning your breath with the task at hand and the truth in your heart.
Bringing your breath awareness now into the heart space,
Becoming aware of how you feel within and around the lungs,
The ribs,
The upper back.
As well as throughout the arms and hands.
As you breathe into the center of your heart space,
Remember the repetitive oscillations or vibrations of the heart create measurable fields and frequencies that expand beyond the body.
And so inhaling,
Smoothing and soothing inward all energies from within the bubble surrounding the heart space.
And exhale expanding.
Very good.
Resting assured now that the energy within the heart space has been reset to allow for your amplified hand-heart coordination,
Connecting you and the work you do to a greater whole.
Bringing your breath awareness now centered into the hollow of the throat,
Becoming aware of how you feel within and around the neck and upper shoulders and around the muscles of the mandible or jaw bone.
And also around the back of your neck at the base of your skull.
As you breathe into the center hollow of your throat,
Try to sense the breath as a wind passing through the center.
Contemplate the ways that your frequencies and tone inform the sound of the wind.
And so inhaling,
Smoothing and soothing inward all energies from within the bubble surrounding the center of your throat.
And as you are exhaling,
You are exhaling expanding.

Very good then,
Knowing that the energy within the throat has been reset to allow for your greater encouragement and ease in speaking your truth.
And bringing your breath awareness now to center in the corpus callosum,
The bridge between the two hemispheres of your brain.
Knowing a way of how you feel within the tissues and the larger organ of the brain.
The inner ears.
The muscles of the face and surrounding the skull.
As you breathe into the center of your brain and hold your inhales at the top imagine that the critical glands of the brain are gently stimulated and balanced for your optimal mental performance.
And so inhaling,
Smoothing and soothing energies inward from within the larger bubble surrounding the brain.
And as you're exhaling,
Exhale,
Expanding.
Very good.
Knowing that the energy within the brain has been reset to allow for your peak performance and alignment with the whole mind-body system and all its senses.
Allowing your breath awareness now to rise to the crown of your head and its halo above.
At the top of your body,
About three feet above your head,
See a second swirl of light energy.
Emitting rainbow streams of color.
Washing over,
Down and through the whole mind-body system.
As we've come to this home stretch of practice of soothing sounds and vibrations,
Allow your breath awareness to be centered in the heart space.
Just breathing in and out.
I invite you to call to mind the present goal and exhale as if it were already your new normal.
Self identity as if it is already a normal part of who you are.
This way,
The heartbeat becomes ever so aligned with the breath and our intentions and our emotions.
In essence,
We emit the frequency of it into the greater expanse of our being.
Very good.
Very good.
And imagining now the real possibility that your heart was once and forever entangled with the heart of the cosmos and the heart of your happy place.
Your frequencies and waves of being,
Even as we are practicing,
Naturally entangle with light-like frequencies,
Magnetically attracting all necessary for the fulfillment of your being.
This is good and very good.
Very good.
You've done so well in your practice today.
And so,
We begin now to gratefully release the practice into a moment of silence.

Easing yourself ever so gently back into your everyday waking awareness,
Back into your present surroundings,
Back into the activities of your day.
