Les 1
The Leash In Your Body
In this first episode, you’ll explore your physical experience of holding the leash.
Through a guided somatic exercise, you’ll begin to notice what happens in your body when your dog moves freely and what shifts when the leash comes into play. This is not about changing anything. It’s about becoming aware of subtle shifts in physical sensations, like tension, a sense of holding or readiness.
Because your body is always part of the conversation between you and your dog. And understanding this is the first step toward creating more calm and connection on your walks.
Les 2
The Leash In Your Emotions
In this second episode, you’ll turn toward the emotional experience of being out with your dog, especially in moments that feel challenging. Through a guided coaching exercise, you’ll explore what arises in you when your dog reacts … without trying to change or push anything away. Instead, you’ll begin to meet your emotions with curiosity and compassion. Because what you feel in those moments is not random.
Understanding your emotional landscape can begin to soften the intensity of these situations and open up a different way of being with your dog.
Les 3
The Leash In Your Thoughts
In this final episode, you’ll explore the thoughts and expectations that shape your experience with your dog. Through a guided exercise, you’ll begin to notice the inner rules, beliefs, and “shoulds” that often run quietly in the background - about your dog, and about yourself. You’ll bring these patterns into awareness and explore how they influence what you feel and how you respond. Not to judge or change them. But to see them more clearly.
Because when you begin to question these inner expectations, something can soften, and new possibilities for connection can emerge.
