Anxiety is a sticky emotion and hard to get rid of. The harder we try the more it clings to us. It literally feeds on our energy of not-wanting to experience it. In order to reduce anxiety, we need to turn toward it and give it room to be and breathe. This feels counter-intuitive to most people.
