With the simple (yet powerful) act of choosing to be here. When you anchor into intention, you create a quiet compass within you.. a deeper why that guides how you move through your day. Clearing Your Aura And Space
Welcome to Day 2 of the Dopamine Reset. Today, we gently turn our attention to your aura - the subtle field of energy that surrounds and protects you and the spaces you inhabit. Just as your home gathers dust over time, so does your energetic field. You absorb the emotions of others, the static of the online world, the heaviness of environments, even the residue of your own looping thoughts. Over time, this energy can build up and make you feel : drained or foggy for no clear reason, disconnected from your voice and intuition, restless, heavy, or emotionally off-center. Today is your invitation to clear the clutter. To release what isn’t yours. To soften, to cleanse, and to come back to your own energy with the support of your guides and angels. Every time we overgive, overextend, people-please, worry, ruminate, or scroll endlessly, a part of our life force gets pulled away. And little by little, we begin to feel fragmented, tired and distant from ourselves. The good news is that your energy is not lost. It is waiting to be remembered and is ready to return to you. Today’s practice is about gathering yourself - gently and lovingly.. back into wholeness. It’s about becoming sovereign in your own field again. The guided meditation will help you call your energy and fragments back - with the support of your guides, angels and ancestors with the utilisation of the Black Obsidian Crystal. This crystal is deeply grounding and protective, helps retrieve lost soul fragments and shadow aspects, clears energetic cords and attachment and is amazing for soul retrieval and ancestral clearing.

It’s where your nervous system softens, your intuition grows louder, and your energy begins to root deeply into the Now. Stillness is not about doing nothing. Stillness is everything returning to the Center. The center of who you are. The center of your Being. And so today is not about pushing forward.. it’s about allowing yourself to pause -whenever and wherever you can. To rest in the in-between. To listen beneath the noise. To remember that your worth is not tied to productivity… but to presence.

Welcome to Day 5 of the Dopamine Reset. Today we open the portals - the inner gateways to insight, inspiration, and intuitive flow. These portals are not found out there in the world - they open within you. In your third eye, your heart, your womb (sacral) of creation and your crown. Each one is a sacred passage through which your soul speaks. When you begin to reduce external noise and slow down overstimulation, you start to hear the quieter truths… the ones that have been patiently waiting underneath the surface. You may notice intuitive nudges, creative ideas whispering in or a sense of being called toward something deeper, more meaningful. Today is not about forcing clarity. It’s about being open - open to receive, open to noticing what wants to move through you and open to trusting your inner knowing… even if you don’t have all the answers yet.
