Hello beautiful souls,
My name is Nee.
Thank you so much for joining me today in this guided meditation practice for a complete body scan.
Now if you are not already sitting comfortably somewhere or laying down,
I'd invite you to do that.
As we slowly drop into our body scan.
Now with your eyes softly closed,
I would like you to bring your awareness to your breath.
Breathing through your nose and exhaling out of your mouth with a sigh.
And now just be here for a little while.
Continue to breathe and regulate that breath.
I would like you to set your intention for this meditation practice.
Starting out your day or your midway through your day or your ending your day.
Bring an intention to this practice.
Stay rooted in this intention and let it guide you.
Now that you are calmer and you are clear with why you are here today.
I'm going to start with a scan from the top of your head down to your feet.
Now I want you to imagine an upside down pyramid on top of your head on your crown chakra.
And now witness and feel a bright white light emanating,
Funneling down this pyramid from the cosmos,
From the universe,
From the divine.
This incredible,
Abundant,
Potent energy trickling down like a waterfall.
Down to your third eye.
The space in between your eyebrows.
Feel your third eye,
Also known as your pineal gland pulsating.
With each inhale and with each exhale.
This is where your intuition resides.
How does it feel here?
Does it feel light?
Does it feel clear?
Does it feel balanced?
Notice the sensations.
Notice what comes through here.
And now feel the light move down to your eyes.
Let your eyes relax.
You can even rotate your eyes up and around.
Give it some nice little exercise movements.
Allow it to clear away some energy there.
Maybe you've been staring at your screen a lot all day.
Allow it to relax and recharge in this moment.
Now bring your awareness to the back of your head.
Now down to your jaw.
Down to your neck.
What does it feel like here?
Do you feel any tension in your neck?
Now bring your awareness down to the top of your shoulders.
Allow it to just drop down all back.
And just let it melt down into the earth.
What sensations are coming up here?
Does it feel heavy?
Heavy from carrying a lot of responsibilities in our lives.
Whether it's for our family,
Our job.
Now feel the energy moving down your arms.
From the top of your shoulders down to your humerus,
To your elbows,
To your fora,
Your radius and your ulna.
To your wrists,
To the palm of your hands,
To your fingers and to your fingertips.
Feel the energy moving up and down your arms.
Feel the weight just dissipate.
Now moving down to your chest.
In front of your chest to the back of your chest.
Now rested at your beautiful heart space.
With each inhale your chest expands.
With each exhale your chest contracts.
Observe the fluidity of this movement.
So often we go about our day to day lives and you know we're breathing.
But are we really breathing?
Are we conscious of our breath?
Are we conscious of the way that it moves?
The way that it brings us life?
Is our breath expansive,
Long,
Deep?
Or is it shallow and sharp and a little bit breathless?
With time,
Awareness,
Love and care we can train our breath.
To be more extensive,
To be more alive.
Feel your heart beating within your chest.
Is there anything within this space that is weighing you down?
Is there anything you have yet unable to let go of?
With each powerful pump,
Imagine it just pushing and washing away all of your worries,
All of your doubts,
All of your fears,
Anything that is no longer serving you.
Let it wash it all away.
And now feel the light move down to your stomach.
How does it feel here?
Are you feeling bloated?
Are you feeling distended?
Are you feeling quite heavy,
Congested?
Now feel the light,
Feel the energy move down into your body.
Into your pelvic space,
To the root of your spine,
To your hips.
How does it feel like here?
Do you feel tight?
Do you feel a little bit tense?
Do you feel any pain?
So often we could feel some sort of underlying pain here.
As well so as muscle is the muscle of our soul.
We can sometimes hold a lot of trauma here.
Trauma that we're not even aware of.
So pay deep attention to this space.
Now moving down to your thighs.
Now feel the energy moving down your thighs,
Your femur bones.
Also allow the weight fall down into the earth.
Now moving down to your knees.
Down to your lower legs,
Your tibia and your fibula.
Now down to your ankles,
To the soles of your feet,
To the forefront.
Now down to your toes.
Now feel your feet planted deep down into the earth.
And visualize roots with the roots of a tree growing down into the earth.
Now feel mother earth feeding your entire body with nutrients,
With energy,
With love.
All these negative ions feeding your mind,
Body and spirit from the earth.
And the positive ions coming from the top of your head.
And as these two energies meet at the center of your body,
I want you to visualize the central sun growing inside of you.
Watching it grow bigger and bigger and bigger,
Creating this wonderful bright white light and electromagnetic field around your body emanating,
Growing larger and larger into this beautiful aura.
Feel this energy wash all over you,
Washing all away.
Your stress,
Your tensions,
Your worries,
Your doubts,
Your fears,
Anything that no longer serves you.
And allow it to be replaced with positive energy,
With joy,
With happiness,
With love and laughter,
With service to humanity,
With compassion and empathy,
With understanding,
With clarity,
With all that will serve your highest potential.
So that you may serve the whole collective in the best and most wonderful ways possible.
