Yoga Nidra, also known as Yogic Sleep and Effortless Relaxation, is the ultimate relaxation technique for releasing stress and tension held in your body through a state of conscious Deep Sleep. By systemically bringing your awareness inwards and away from outer experiences, you can fall into an innate state of deep blissful awareness, reconnect with your emotions and body, dispel fatigue or discomfort and promote your body’s natural healing capacities. This course is for you if you wish to dissolve stress and anxiety, experience deeper relaxation, renew and refresh yourself at any time of the day, gain deeper understanding about yourself through stillness and contemplation, experience the magic of interconnectedness, break free from internal struggles and cultivate greater awareness of your emotions, mind and body. Each journey is approximately 45 minutes that will involve focusing on a particular topic accompanied by a specific sound frequency and affirmations. There will be a gentle breathing practice transitioning you into a Yoga Nidra journey that involves setting your Sankalpa which is your intention setting, scanning and focusing specific parts of your body, engaging sense perception, exploring dualities, creative visualization and finally a positive empowering affirmation practice. This process ultimately allows you to become aware of and be a witness of any suppressed or repressed emotions, and the affirmation practice aims to reprogram and rewire your subconscious mind, and to heal the physical and emotional body. Please note that the journey is around 45 minutes each. If you can create space for that entire duration that would be great. However, if you have less time available, you can do it anyway and create a soft alarm for yourself to wake up. Yoga Nidra can be done at anytime of the day but especially at night where you can drift off to sleep. I look forward to meeting you inside the course.


Meet your Teacher

Nhi Nhi Le is a Certified Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher, Advanced Theta Healing Practitioner, International Speaker, Manifestation Teacher, Spiritual & Empowerment Mentor, Energy Healer, iConscious Accelerating Human Potential Coach, Human Design & Gene Keys Student. She is a lead teacher for the world's #1 Meditation Magazine's Teacher Training Program, Head of Wellbeing for companies like ZEN Yachts and collaborates with wellbeing and health apps to help improve the lives of others through her meditations, workshops, masterclasses and programs. Nhi completed a Bachelors of Medical Imaging and Radiography where she worked for many years until she suffered from severe burnout, stress, and anxiety. This led her to move to Bali, Indonesia for 3 years where she learned Meditation & Energy work and she had met many incredible teachers. One night in her sleep she had a spontaneous Kundalini Awakening that completely changed the trajectory of her path. Nhi became deeply aligned with her truth and soul mission which is to guide people on the path of remembrance to reclaim their sovereignty, activate their Genius and access their Soul Gifts so they can live a life of purpose, alignment, grace, abundance, love and empowerment. She is deeply passionate with helping people feel safe and connected through meditational practices so they can elevate in all areas of their life and also helping them reprogram and rewire their subconscious minds to manifest and live their dream reality. Nhi currently resides in her mountain residence in Barcelona, Spain, and travels the world learning from teachers from all walks of life, and translating them into her work and offerings. She hosts retreats, masterclasses, and workshops. Her greatest teacher is Mother Nature so she dedicates her days to drinking Tea, sitting in ceremony, and devotion. Nhi is an embodiment of peace, compassion, and tranquility.
