Release What You Don’t Want
In lesson 1, I will take you through the writing process that I call "Dump The Junk". Writing is the doorway to the subconscious mind, and writing creates the connectivity between mind and body to release unwanted energy. Before we can dive into what we truly want for our lives, we must first be aware of, acknowledge, and let go of what we don't want. As a bonus to help you tap into your deep unwanted beliefs, I will guide you through a short meditation. The more we quiet the conscious mind, the more space we give for the subconscious beliefs to surface and show themselves. It is then our responsibility to be aware of our conscious thoughts and then let go of the unwanted ones.

How To Create What You Want
Lesson 2 is all about 'What Do You Want?' Get ready to have some fun! This is where we feel the reward for the hard work - the rise from the mud. This is the time to be creative, to follow your gut, to be playful. If this feels new or foreign to you, don’t worry, I will guide you. To get what you want, you must first create it in your mind. And to sustain the vision in your mind, you must feel what it feels like as if it were already true. In Lesson 2, we will get clear on what you want. Using meditation, creative visualization, and writing, I will guide you to discovering what you want, why you want it, how to create the image of it, and when to put it into action.

I AM Statements: The Energy That Fuels Where You Want To Go
Now we move from I want to I AM - the most powerful inner talk you can create. The big question: “How do I feel like I am there when it hasn’t happened yet?” Let’s dive in.
AM statements are declarations of who you are choosing to be. What comes after the words I AM is like making a declaration on your heart - an imprint - of how you will be in your life. Notice the difference in the following statements: I am tired. I am energized. In this final lesson, we will get crystal clear on how we speak to ourselves (our inner voice) and how that creates our reality. I will guide you to writing your own personal I AM statements, which will lead to creating your Self Image Statement that you will have as your guidebook for creating your life.

Creating Your Self Image Statement
What is a Self Image Statement and why is it important? A Self Image Statement is the new story or beliefs that you are now choosing to create your life from. We will be using your I AM statements. I will provide you with some of my favorite affirmations and tools that you can incorporate into your Self Image Statement. This is the time when you can move to your computer and type instead of writing, if you choose. This may be more lengthy, and the final product is that you will record your writing and listen to it every day, begin imprinting your new beliefs into your mind. It’s time to rewire your brain for success. Let’s get started.

Bonus Lesson - Self Image Statement Recording
This is your bonus lesson. I am providing you with a recording of my Self Image Statement - minus any private goals and statements that are meant just for me! Some of the statements have been given to me by my teachers and spiritual guides. I have made my Self Image Statement all-inclusive of my mindset, my emotions (of course), my physical life, and my spiritual life. Feel free to listen as often as you like. I suggest taking elements that really resonate with you and adding them to your statement. Let go of what doesn't fit, and remember it's all about the FEELING. The goal is that you will write out your statement, record it, and listen to it every day. This is your daily visualization for you to create the life you desire. Enjoy and have fun!
