In order to move past anxiety, we have to train our brains to be in a state of calm and ease. Focusing on what we want, envisioning our success, will rewire the brain to create what you want. A belief is just a habit of thought we practice over and over. This meditation will help you practice feeling, seeing and believing in your success with ease and confidence.

Welcome to your meditation.

This meditation is for test and performance anxiety.

You will begin to reprogram the mind to create a space for you to access what you know is already there for yourself.

The information is in your mind.

You've been practicing.

You've been studying.

When our stress level,

Our fight or flight response is high,

It blocks us from accessing the information that we know is there.

This practice will help us calm the nervous system and begin to focus on what we do want,

How we want to feel,

How we want to perform.

It will increase our confidence,

Our assurance that we know we're on the right track.

So let's get started.

Let's begin by sitting in a comfortable position and feet are rooting into the earth.

Hands are resting on your lap.

Palms face up.

When the palms are up,

You're open.

We're ready.

We're willing and we're able to accept our confidence,

Accept our strength,

Accept our knowing that we're okay,

That we got this,

That you know what you know and you are ready to show up in the best possible way.

Sitting up nice and tall,

Bring a smile to your lips.

When we do a simple shift by just creating that smile on our lips,

We change our physiology.

And when we change our physiology,

We change our biology and we change our psychology,

How we think and how we feel and how we show up.

So we place a gentle smile on our lips.

Our feet are rooting into the earth.

We feel the ground or chair beneath us,

Holding us,

Supporting us.

Shoulders roll up and back to open the heart,

To begin tuning in to your heart's purpose,

Your heart's desire.

And that desire is just to feel good,

To be calm,

To feel confident,

To know I've got this.

Breathe in and exhale.

Another breath in and exhale.

Eyes gently close and we turn the eyes upwards towards the third eye,

The center of our forehead.

That's the seat of our intuition,

Our imagination,

Our creativity.

And we want to turn that part of the brain on so the stress response calms down.

We don't need it right now.

We're creating a state of calm,

A state of ease,

A state of flow,

Because we are right where we're meant to be.

I am right where I'm meant to be.

I want you to begin to feel this light right in the center of your forehead,

As if when that light turns on,

Your stress response turns off.

And you begin to feel that sense of calm.

You begin to feel the sense of ease,

Knowing that you can access any information you need to,

When you need to,

At the right time,

At the right place.

This is for you,

For you,

Because you are right where you're meant to be.

Breathing calm and steady.

Feel the body relaxed.

Feel all the sensations in your body settling down easy.

The shoulders drop a little bit more.

Your breath softens a little bit more.

Your body is light,

But firmly grounded into the earth,

Supported,

Strong,

And confident.

Begin to visualize with your mind's eye that beautiful day where you need to show up and perform at your very best.

That day where you'll be tested on your performance.

See yourself walking to the place where you're going with confidence,

Standing tall,

Smiling,

Knowing,

I've got this.

I'm right where I need to be.

And as you enter the place,

Find your seat.

Feel yourself seated right where you need to be,

Wearing exactly what you want to wear.

That outfit that also fuels your confidence,

Aligns with your comfort,

And your ease,

And your flow.

And allow yourself to continue that smile on your face,

Question after question,

Performance after performance.

You're seeing answers.

You have the information within you.

You are guided by your knowing.

Nothing else matters.

It is clear for you,

Crystal clear,

Knowing.

And you begin to feel that strength as you answer and flow through this process of showing up to the best of your ability.

Showing up in a way that you know matters most.

Continue to see the details of this experience,

The details of this moment.

Breathing,

Flowing,

Thoughts flow,

Your breath flows,

Your knowledge is pouring out.

You know what you need to know,

And you feel it at the depth of your being.

Continue to remind yourself,

Use these words,

Powerful,

Positive words that will fuel you and your confidence.

Use these positive words that will fuel you and you will show up in your best possible way.

I am powerful beyond measure.

I am stronger than I think.

I am braver than I seem.

I am blessed with all I need.

I am enough,

Have enough.

I am grounded today.

I am empowered and safe.

Breathing it in,

Knowing with confidence that you succeed.

A warrior claims victory at the beginning of the journey.

Claim victory now.

I am successful.

I am confident.

I am right where I need to be.

I see my success.

I feel my success.

I create my success.

Breathe in and exhale.

Breathe in and exhale.

And now bring to mind your celebration,

The celebration of succeeding in the thing that you want to accomplish,

The test,

The performance.

See yourself celebrating that success,

Feeling so good,

Knowing,

Knowing I'm right where I need to be.

I have within me all that I need.

I have within me all that I need.

All that I have is within me now.

My strength,

My knowing,

My confidence.

I am the creator of my reality.

I see my success.

I feel my success.

I speak my success.

And I celebrate every win.

I am confident.

Breathe in.

Exhale.

Softer in the heart,

Softness on your face,

Softness in your smile as it grows bigger on your lips,

Knowing you will succeed,

Take another deep breath in.

Exhale.
