Hello and welcome to your meditation.
Have your notebook ready for at the end of this meditation you'll journal on your experience.
Sit up nice and tall,
Feet planted firmly on the ground,
Hands resting gently in your lap,
Eyes closed turning them up towards your third eye,
Engaging your intuitive knowing,
Engaging your imagination.
Taking a deep breath into your lungs,
Breathing in through the nose and exhaling through the nose,
Breathing in again through the nose deep into the lungs,
Expand the belly and exhale fully through the nose,
Squeeze the lungs,
Pull the belly in,
Making room for the next deep inhale through the nose and exhale fully,
Fully and release.
With your mind's eye begin to see yourself standing and attached to your back.
It's a basket or a barrel or a sled full of bricks and this pile of bricks are tied to your back and you see yourself attempting to take a step forward and another step forward and you feel your heels digging in,
You feel the weight of these bricks holding you back.
The level of pressure and intensity is strong and you feel as if you're dragging yourself forward,
Gripping to move forward with this heaviness you're dragging behind you.
For a moment notice with your mind's eye this pile of bricks and what they are,
Work,
Family,
Health,
All the stressors,
All the concerns you carry with you.
Feel the heaviness.
I should begin to step another foot forward and another foot forward and then pause standing up nice and tall,
Shoulders back,
Heart open and you see there's a knot in the ropes that are tied to you that connect to this pile of bricks and you untie the ropes and this wagon of bricks is released from you and as you release these ropes you turn to face this pile of bricks.
With your intuitive mind,
Your creative mind,
You see each brick,
Each brick holding a weight,
Heaviness to you.
Notice yourself take hold of a brick and remove it from the wagon,
Releasing the tension and the weight that you carry.
Notice yourself pick up another brick and remove it from the wagon.
Set that brick to the side,
Releasing it,
Letting it go,
Feeling a lightness,
A lightness come over you from within and again removing another brick and another brick and another brick,
Letting them go,
Setting them off to the side until your wagon is empty.
No more tension,
No more stress,
No more burden.
Now you turn to face the pile of bricks on the side.
They're stacked up really big.
You face the pile of bricks and you see the pile of bricks surrounded by a bright light,
As bright as the Sun.
And you repeat to yourself to this pile of bricks to the light,
I love you,
I'm sorry,
Please forgive me,
Thank you,
I release you,
I love you,
I'm sorry,
Please forgive me,
Thank you,
I release you,
I love you,
I'm sorry,
Please forgive me,
Thank you,
I release you.
This light becomes so bright from your love,
From your kindness,
From your compassion,
Surrounds the bricks with this light.
This light is fueled by your love from your heart and in a moment you notice this light turns the bricks into ashes to dust.
There's nothing left except the light,
The light of love,
The light of compassion,
And the light of strength,
Kindness,
Joy.
And you see yourself take that light in your hands and you hold that light close to your heart and in this moment you decide with me I now carry love and peace and light.
And I carry this light into every decision,
Every choice,
Every responsibility I have.
With me I choose love,
Peace,
Light,
Joy,
Happiness.
And as you hold your hands on your heart you feel this light grow bigger and brighter in your heart center filling yourself up.
No more room for anxiety,
No more room for stress or judgment,
Only light.
And you take this light wherever you go.
Breathe it in and exhale.
And another breath in and exhale.
Noticing a gentle smile on your lips,
Noticing the softness in your forehead,
The lightness in your shoulders.
Gently opening your eyes,
Picking up your notebook and your pen and write what you experienced through this meditation.
