In this session, we use a guided meditation to get to know one of our Inner Critics. Being able to recognize our Critic's cues will help us to identify when our Critics are present, and over time will help us to learn to respond to them more quickly so that they relax back and let us lead from a state of calm and confidence.

In this lesson, we talk about the differences between Self Energy and the energy of our Inner Critics. I will also give examples of the polarizations that can arise when our Inner Critics are present. Becoming aware of our internal dialogues is the first step towards recognizing that the thoughts of our Inner Critics are just one part of us and not representative of our whole being.

In this session, we talk about the superpowers of the 7 Inner Critics and what their Inner Champion counterparts could look like. We also discuss the step-by-step process of creating your own unique Inner Champion.

Build You Inner Champion Meditation
In this final session, I will guide you through a meditation asking you questions about past support and role models, and current support and inspiration. We will then combine it all to make a personalized Inner Champion to soothe and encourage your Inner Critic.
