Finding Your Purpose
In this lesson, students identify why they are here and what they desire to do in life. They figure out what it feels like to be without something, and then they embrace the sense of relief that comes when they find that which has been lost or unknown. They learn about the relationship between individual and collective purpose. And they learn that finding one’s purpose is a heartfelt endeavor, and that experiential practices such as meditation and journaling lead people toward purpose.
