A simple motivational meditation for the morningtime, or any other time when a shift in consciousness may be desired. This meditation helps listeners realize that each moment can be viewed as a brand new opportunity to experience life. Guidance is given near the beginning and end of the meditation; the middle section of the meditation is left silent so that listeners can have their own personal experience. Gentle music plays throughout the track.

Welcome.

Let's find a comfortable position and close the eyes.

Let's take a deep inhale together and exhale,

Let it go.

What you are about to experience,

What you are about to feel,

These things have never happened before.

This moment right here,

Right now,

Is brand new.

What lies before us are infinite possibilities.

Allow these ideas to give hope and encouragement and joy.

Let's take a deep inhale together and exhale,

Let it go.

For the next few minutes,

Relax.

Perhaps focus on the breath,

And I will join you again very soon.

Let's take a deep inhale together and exhale,

Let it go.

Let's take a deep inhale together and exhale,

Let it go.

Let's take a deep inhale together and exhale,

Let it go.

Begin to bring your awareness back to this present moment.

Notice the quality of the mind.

Bring your awareness back to the physical body.

And before you open the eyes,

Remember that what lies before us,

Whatever is yet to happen after this moment,

Has never happened before.

When we open the eyes,

We have a brand new opportunity to experience life.

And we get to choose how we do this.

When you're ready,

Gently blink the eyes open.

Have a beautiful day.

The gentle yet blunt reminder that this "has never happened before" in and of itself was super motivating for me! it was in that moment, when you said those words at the closing guided portion of this meditation, that I felt my face trule relax and my eyes smile. I hadn't realized until that point that I hadn't yet allowed all of my fears and tension to leave me during this meditation. I was still holding on. Thank you for sharing your loving kindness with the world! Namaste ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ•Š๐Ÿ’›

I like to Meditate on the beach, on the edge of the ocean, that i can recognize that im on the edge of infinite possibilities, no matter what direction i take, or am taking. Being in the present. Its a gift. That may partially be, why we call it The present.
