The old narrative is the story we repeat to ourselves and others, an accumulation of the old chapters of our lives. We often attach to these chapters, live in the past, and forget that letting go is a choice. In this lesson, you will learn how to let go of your old narrative using introspection, written expression, and fire.

An old narrative originates from our past experiences, limiting beliefs and conditioning. The old narrative becomes our reality, a limited perspective that prevents us from believing in our potential and creating a new and inspiring story for ourselves. In this lesson, you will learn how to write a new narrative.

Connecting With Gratitude
Gratitude is a positive emotion. It teaches us how to be thankful, to appreciate simplicity, and to always remember how fortunate we are to be alive. When we experience gratitude, we feel contentment. It makes us aware of our lives in the present moment and how blessed we are for each moment. In this lesson, you will learn how to connect with gratitude.

Nurturing The Yin
In this lesson, you will learn how to cultivate calmness using a gentle breathing technique connecting and nurturing the yin - feminine side of the body. Yin represents the moon. When we learn how to connect and slow down our breath, our minds become calmer, and we feel a sense of inner lightness and peace.

Nurturing The Yang
In this lesson, you will learn how to cultivate vitality using a gentle breathing technique connecting and nurturing the yang - masculine side of the body. Yang represents the sun. When we learn how to breathe and connect with the yang, we experience more clarity, flow of energy, inspiration and states of flow.

Cultivating Life Force
In this lesson, you will learn how to cultivate energy using a gentle yogic breathing technique. When we breathe into the lower abdomen, we fill the first reservoir with life force. In qigong this is known as the dan tian - a place of inner strength. This simple technique will teach you how to feel balanced, connected, and at peace within yourself.

The Art Of Slowing Down
In this lesson, you will learn the art of slowing down. We have become disconnected from our breath. Our breathing is rapid and shallow, a reflection of the pace of the world around us. The slower the breathe, the more connected we feel with ourselves, and the world around us.
