Observe the air as it enters and exits your body.
Do not try and change your breathing,
Simply observe it.
Relax your body,
Scan through it,
From your toes all the way up to your head,
From your head all the way down to your toes.
Relax your facial muscles,
Let go of unnecessary heaviness,
Allow your body to become as light as a feather.
Begin to slowly inhale and exhale through your nose into your abdomen.
On the inhale the abdomen rises,
On the exhale it falls.
Breathe as slowly as you can,
Each breath slower than the previous.
It's important you always feel comfortable,
Remember you control the rhythm.

Imagine you are floating on clouds,
The clouds are soft and cozy,
There is nothing to hold on to,
There is nothing to fear.
The clouds are safe,
Healing,
Gentle and nurturing.
You can let go of your thoughts,
Memories and of who you think yourself to be.
Slow down your breath and set yourself free.
When the mind pulls you away,
Return to your breath and feel yourself floating on the clouds,
The subtle feminine.
You can surrender,
You are safe,
You are home.
When illusions come,
When the mind plays games with you,
Do not react,
Do not engage,
Simply observe.
You are not your thoughts,
You are not your past,
You are not your memories.
Surrender to the relaxation.

The breath is your anchor,
The breath is your friend.
As you float in the clouds,
Allow yourself to merge with the clouds in the sky,
There is no longer separation,
Sink into relaxation.
Allow all the heaviness to fade away.
The natural way is to let go and trust.

There is nowhere to be but here,
