This practice slows your breathing and calms the mind. An excellent way to reconnect with yourself. When we relax and connect with the yin-feminine gentle energy, we create space for our mind, body, and soul to rest.

Transcript

Allow any ideas you have of the external world to fade away.

Let go of everything external.

Dedicate this time of the day to yourself.

You are on a special mission to heal and nurture yourself.

Loving yourself is the act of showing up and here you are.

Sit or lay down in a comfortable position.

Take a moment to find the position that feels best for you.

Gently close your eyes and begin to connect with your breath.

Inhale through your nostrils into your abdomen.

Notice how your abdomen is rising.

Exhale through your nostrils.

Notice how your abdomen falls.

As you breathe in and out notice how your abdomen is rising and falling.

When you breathe in the abdomen rises.

When you breathe out the abdomen falls.

Become the observer of your breath.

Let's begin.

Inhale rise.

Exhale fall.

Iโ€™m feeling desperate for help with my isolation tonight, so Iโ€™m donating what I can as sometimes it helps with my conscience.
