This two-part course invites you to learn and experience the mantra Aum Namaḥ Śivāya — a timeless mantra of stillness, presence, and inner clarity. In the first session, we explore the meaning, sound, and gentle movement of the mantra, moving into a steady, calming practice with breath, humming, and chanting. In the second session you’ll learn how its syllables shape awareness and how chanting becomes a gesture of softening and return — allowing the mantra to unfold naturally and dissolve into silence. You’re welcome to chant aloud, hum softly, or simply listen. No previous experience with mantra is needed. This course is an invitation to slow down, settle the nervous system, and reconnect with what is already here — quiet presence, clarity, and inner stillness.

We explore the meaning and sound of the mantra step by step, feel how it moves through the body, and allow the first layers of sound to settle naturally. This session invites you to arrive, soften, and begin to listen — without effort, without pressure.

Resting In Sound And Silence – Deepening Aum Namaḥ Śivāya
In this second session, we deepen our journey with Aum Namaḥ Śivāya by exploring the sounds and pronunciation of the mantra with care and presence. We’ll take time to feel how each part of the mantra is formed — not to achieve perfection, but to let chanting become easier, steadier, and more embodied. You’ll be guided step by step through the mantra’s key sounds and gently invited into a shared chanting practice. Listening, repeating softly, or simply receiving the vibration are all equally welcome. This session supports clarity, inner stillness, and a more intimate connection with the mantra — allowing sound to settle naturally and guide you inward.
