Hum yourself happy Humming can help you with so many benefits.

It can help you relax.

It can help you regulate your nervous system.

It can help you release tension.

And it can help you release happiness hormones and be joyous and happy within a few minutes of humming.

Find a comfortable position,

Sitting or lying down.

Feel which parts of your body are touching the floor,

Your mat or your chair.

Take a deep breath in and a long exhale.

Once again,

Take a deep breath in and breathe out longer.

Wonderful.

Now if that feels good to you,

Place a hand on your chest or place your hand wherever it feels comfortable for you.

Bring your attention to your breath and allow your breath to flow freely.

If you can,

Breathe through your nose,

In and out,

In and out.

Allow your exhales to become a little longer than your inhales,

But not too long.

Don't strain yourself,

That would not be relaxing.

Find your pace.

And whenever you feel like it,

Join me humming five times.

Wonderful.

Relax your breath and just let it flow,

In and out,

In and out.

For the next round,

Allow yourself to feel into the soft vibrations in your body,

Humming gently about five times.

Softly inhale.

Relax your breath and just let it flow,

In and out,

In and out.

Now,

Let's hum together a little longer.

Let's hum for about three minutes.

Join in whenever you're ready and enjoy your humming.

One more.

Wonderful.

Now allow your breath to flow freely again.

Take a moment and notice how you feel right now.

Repeat the practice one more time if you wish,

Or go on with your day and come back tomorrow.
