Find a comfortable position,

Take a deep breath in and breathe out longer.

Now if that feels good to you,
Place a hand on your chest or place your hand wherever it feels comfortable for you.
Bring your attention to your breath and allow your breath to flow freely.
If you can,
Breathe through your nose,
In and out,
In and out.
Allow your exhales to become a little longer than your inhales,
But not too long.
Don't strain yourself,
That would not be relaxing.
Find your pace.
And whenever you feel like it,
