Yoga Nidra For Inner Peace & Chakra Balance
by Monika Loe
Pause. Breathe. Realign your energy. This 40-minute Yoga Nidra guides you into deep rest and subtle chakra balance — through breath awareness, body sensing, visualisation and sound. You’ll move through all seven chakras, harmonising each energy centre with colour, imagery and the sacred bīja mantras. A special focus is placed on Viśuddha (throat chakra), supported by the mantra HAM and a gently resonating singing bowl. No chanting experience is needed — you may join in, hum softly, or simply listen. Sankalpa: “I allow myself to pause, reset, and realign with my inner peace.” May this practice support your balance, your voice, and your peace. Originally recorded during a live Yoga Nidra on July 16. Feel warmly invited to join one of my future live sessions. With love, Monika

Welcome to this midweek yoga nidra practice.
I'm Monika and I'm so glad you've joined me today.
I will guide you through a practice that focuses on restoring balance to all of your chakras,
Bringing calm,
Clarity and peace.
We will work with our breath,
Body and energy to help you reset and reconnect with your inner calm,
Allowing you to let go of the stresses of the week and allow yourself to deeply relax as we journey inward together.
Please find a comfortable position lying on your back.
Take your time to settle your body comfortably.
Place your legs slightly apart,
Arms resting by your side,
Palms facing up,
Fingers relaxed.
Feel how your body is supported by the surface beneath you and gently close your eyes and begin to feel your entire body.
Notice the heaviness of your body.
The points where you are touching the surface,
The contact of your clothes,
The surface beneath you and the air on your skin.
Feel your breath flow in and out softly.
Feel the space within as your breath flows,
Creating more room for relaxation and peace.
Breathe gently,
Steadily,
Without effort.
Allow your breath to become a little deeper,
Feel your abdomen rising and falling and allow your body to release even more.
Imagine that every breath calms your body,
Leading you into stillness.
Imagine that every breath calms your body,
Preparing you for a journey inward.
Today we dedicate our practice to bringing balance and alignment to all of your chakras.
The session will help you reset,
Restore your energy and reconnect with your inner peace.
And as we move through each chakra,

Feel free to choose your own sankalpa.
Formulate it in the present tense positively as though it is already true.
And when you repeat your sankalpa,
Let it sink into your heart as a seed.
Feel that it is already your truth living within you.
Repeat your sankalpa now.
