Pause. Breathe. Realign your energy. This 40-minute Yoga Nidra guides you into deep rest and subtle chakra balance — through breath awareness, body sensing, visualisation and sound. You’ll move through all seven chakras, harmonising each energy centre with colour, imagery and the sacred bīja mantras. A special focus is placed on Viśuddha (throat chakra), supported by the mantra HAM and a gently resonating singing bowl. No chanting experience is needed — you may join in, hum softly, or simply listen.
