Do you feel nervous about an upcoming dental visit? You are not alone!
This course is intended to help ease your fears and have more positive dental experiences with any kind of dental appointment: from cleanings and checkups to fillings, orthodontic or cosmetic treatments or even extractions, implants, root canals, crowns or denture fittings.
This is a no-judgment zone! It doesnāt matter how long since you were last at the dentist, what needs attention in your mouth now, or the type of procedure you are planning.
The five lessons are designed to help you prepare for a scheduled dental visit. You can listen to one per day in the week leading up to your appointment, or binge it all in a couple of hours before you get in the chair.
If you have been putting off making an appointment, the lessons may help you overcome your resistance to book yourself in.

This course may bring up uncomfortable memories of going to the dentist if thatās been part of your story. You may feel some feelings, that you have been hoping to avoid. Be mindful and when and where you listen to the lessons and seek help support from a professional or trusted friend if needed.
