Hello,

I'm Malleoars Sims,

The Holistic Tooth Fairy.

This is a guided meditation to visualise meeting with the part of your mouth that needs attention right now.

Choose a quiet,

Uninterrupted time and place to listen,

Not while driving.

If there isn't a particular tooth or area of gum that needs attention,

You can use this visualisation to check in with your whole mouth.

Before we start,

Take a moment to think about whether you have a question that you want to ask the part of your mouth that needs attention.

Perhaps about a dental intervention or a remedy.

Trust your intuition and imagination.

The more you practice visualising with your mouth,

The easier and clearer it will be to make sense of its messages.

You'll gradually learn the unique way that your body and soul communicate,

Whether through images,

Words,

Symbols,

Emotions or sensations.

Begin by sitting in a comfortable position.

Close your eyes.

Breathe in slowly through your nose.

Letting your belly rise and then fall on a long,

Slow out-breath.

Feel your breath enter your body,

Filling your lungs and releasing any stress or tension you've been carrying.

Allow a space for your healing intentions.

Put your attention to your feet.

Relaxing your toes and softening the arches of your feet.

Relax your ankles,

Your calves and your shins.

Soften your knee joints.

Relax your thighs and your buttocks.

Relax your pelvis and your hips.

Soften your belly.

Relax each vertebrae of your spine.

Feel your organs relaxing.

Feel your shoulders relax,

Your arms,

Your elbows,

Your wrists,

Your fingers and palms.

Relax the back of your neck and your throat.

Feel the back of your scalp softening and relaxing.

The crown of your head,

Your face,

Your cheeks and your eyes,

Your nose,

Your jaw,

Your lips,

Your upper palate softening,

Your lower palate,

Your tongue relaxing in your mouth,

Relaxing your gums,

Relaxing your teeth.

Visualise a beautiful,

Safe,

Healing space.

This healing space is filled with all of the qualities that support you to heal your body,

Mind and spirit.

In this space you are surrounded by love,

Trust,

Creativity,

Patience,

Healing,

Wisdom,

Inspiration,

Knowledge,

Insight,

Power,

Freedom and magic.

Anything and everything you could need to heal is available to you in this space.

Notice how it feels to be in this healing space,

Surrounded by these healing qualities.

Breathe in the healing qualities so they fill up your whole body at the base of this healing space.

Feel how the earth supports and grounds you.

Feel your weight sinking into the support of the earth.

Open your crown to the unconditional love and infinite wisdom of the universe.

Feel this love and wisdom pour over and through you like a waterfall of light.

Invite the part of your mouth that needs attention to join you in this healing space.

I'll be quiet for a minute for it to come into your imagination.

Notice how this part of your mouth that needs attention shows up.

What form does it take?

Is it an image,

A sound,

A sensation or a memory?

Notice its size and shape,

Its colour or texture.

How far away or near to you is it?

Is it higher than you or lower than you in this healing space?

Can you tell its density?

Does it have an age?

Is it moving?

Does it come with context?

Does it change as you pay attention to it?

What messages might be represented in the way that it is showing up today?

What could it mean that it shows up in this way right now?

Welcome this part of your mouth with gratitude,

Curiosity and compassion.

You can continue hanging out with this part of your mouth that needs attention or if you have a specific question you can imagine asking them the question.

I'll be quiet for a few minutes so you can sit with relaxed curiosity to see what comes into your mind after asking the question.

When this feels complete offer gratitude to this part of your mouth for meeting you here in the healing space and for communicating with you.

Say goodbye and let the healing space condense around you to be absorbed into your body.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Notice the feeling of the surface you are resting on.

Wriggle your fingers and toes,

Stretch your arms and legs,

Open your eyes and look around.

I encourage you to take a few minutes to journal any observations or insights from the visualisation.

Come back to this recording and hang out in your healing space as often as you want or need.
