During this ten-day course, you will gain a greater understanding of the power of your intuition. You will experience how you can connect with your intuition and access your inner wisdom through work with the body, mind, and energy. We will do this through various meditations from yoga and mindfulness traditions, experiential movement practices, and journaling. Intuition can be a great support in life when we learn how to cultivate it. It helps us feel and know what we need and choose what is best for us. Intuition guides us if we trust and surrender to this inner guidance. I invite you to come with me on this journey of inner exploration.

Why is Intuition Important?
This lesson will set the framework for the next 10 days: why we disconnect from our inner guidance, the importance of intuition, and how it can benefit your life. We will learn that by trusting the knowledge beyond the thinking mind, we open ourselves up to other ways of knowing, experiencing, and being guided from within. I will give you prompts to reflect on and journal. Finally, I will guide you through a short breathwork and meditation practice to calm your mind.

What is Intuition?
We all have a sense of what intuition is, but what is it exactly? Intuition is less tangible than the reasoning mind or the physical body, but intuition is real. It supports our personal and spiritual growth. It is a guiding light on our path, coming from a higher source of knowledge. In this lesson, we will look at what intuition is and how it works. Then, I will guide you through a potent meditation to help you awaken your intuitive power. Finally, I will ask you to reflect on your experience with intuition in your journal.

How the Body Connects Us to Intuition
In this lesson, you will learn that our body is a source of inner wisdom and a container for the life force energy. The more in tune with our bodies, the more attuned to subtle sensations, energy, and information, and the greater our capacity for intuition. We will explore how the body connects you to intuition through senses and sensations. This lesson culminates in a meditation practice to help you awaken your intuitive power. Finally, you will deepen your understanding with some journaling prompts.

Mindful Movement and Intuition
This lesson will teach you that we can cultivate greater sensitivity and self-awareness through mindful movement. Our body constantly sends us messages! Movement practice builds the capacity to feel what is happening inside us and listen to subtle feelings and sensations. We will discover that feelings carry information and that our physical sensations, feelings, emotions, and thoughts are connected. Being in the body makes us more present, receptive, and in tune with the inner guidance. I will guide you through a free movement practice to connect you to the body and sensations within, a powerful source of intuitive information. Finally, I will invite you to journal about your experience.

How Yoga Connects Us to Intuition
Yoga these days is often seen as purely physical practice. However, in the original sense, yoga is a holistic practice involving work with posture, breath, meditation, and more to achieve self-realization and unite the body, mind, and spirit. Specific yogic practices help us strengthen intuition. It happens through three main approaches that connect the practitioner with the all-knowing, all-pervading field of consciousness and life-force energy. The first approach is through the mind, which involves clearing our perception and deepening awareness. This lesson will explore the first approach and culminate in a powerful meditation to access clear seeing and discernment. Finally, you will deepen your understanding with some journaling prompts.

Open Your Third Eye
In this lesson, we will examine the second approach to accessing intuition in yoga. You will learn that the 3rd eye is the energy center of inner and outer vision and a gateway to our intuitive capacities. When the third eye is open, and when we are receptive, in a state of surrender, we start to discern the conditioned and the pure content of the mind. As a result, we can see the bigger picture and make meaning of things.  I will guide you through a kriya meditation (internal movement of energy) from the hatha yoga tradition and give you some prompts to reflect on and journal.

Connect with the Life Force Energy
In this lesson, we will look at the third approach to accessing intuition in yoga through the work with prana, the all-pervading life-force energy.  Prana, the life force, allows us to feel the sensations we experience in the body. The more aware of our bodies, the energy that flows through our bodies, and the sensations we experience, the better we can listen to the subtle signals and messages our intuition is sending. Today's practice is another master kriya from the hatha yoga tradition. It will allow you to feel and connect with the life force energy, rejuvenating your senses and the mind. Finally, journal prompts will help you deepen your experience and understanding.

Experience Deeper States of Consciousness in Yoga Nidra
Today, we will learn about and practice yoga nidra. This master practice helps you access deeper awareness and become more intuitive. During the practice, the body and mind sleep, but the awareness remains awake. Through that, you can reach a state of deep rest and ease. Yoga Nidra is also very healing and rejuvenating for the body and mind.

Access Your Inner Teacher
In our modern world, we often feel disconnected from our inner wisdom because we are constantly overwhelmed with information, sensory input, tasks, to-do lists, and fast pace. However, inner guidance is crucial when there is no time to think or when we have to make decisions beyond the limited, rational mind. Yoga tradition teaches us that if we learn how to calm the mind, to not identify with our thoughts but go beyond them, we can access that aspect of ourselves connected to the pure, all-pervading consciousness. It is our inner teacher, inner guide. In this lesson, I will guide you through a meditation practice connecting you with your innate wisdom. I will also give you prompts to reflect and journal on.

Recap and the Decision-Making Practice
Intuition is not just something we have or not. We are innately intuitive! Furthermore, intuition is like a muscle. The more we practice and connect with it daily, the stronger it will become.  This lesson will recap what we have learned in this course. I will also give you tips on how you can start cultivating a daily practice to continue awakening your intuitive power. Finally, I have a very special practice for you, to help you make the right decision. You can do it anytime when struggling to make a choice.
