Sandra is a Certified Transformation Meditation Teacher, Experienced Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500) and Continuing Education Provider (YACEP). She is dedicated to weaving spirituality into all aspects of her teachings and is an expert in yoga philosophy; particularly the Chakra Energy system, The Eight-Fold Path, and Yamas & Niyamas. Sandra loves to share ways to demystify meditation to help her students bring some peace and harmony into their lives and enhance their sense of well-being. She encourages mindfulness to bring joyful exploration into the everyday and cultivate a deeper connection to the richness of life, reminding us of the importance of the energy of gratitude. Born in the UK, Sandra traveled extensively as a health and fitness ambassador before finally settling in California with her husband and 3 cats. She loves all animals and is passionate about enjoying the healing and nurturing qualities of nature so she can “lose her mind and find her soul” (John Muir). Writing poetry and meditations to support and nourish other souls trying to find their way is an honor, as is fostering community and connection with her students.
