You you Welcome to a new day I'm Sandra Buckingham, And I will be your guide on this short meditation The Sake or chakra when in balance will bring you healthy emotional energy and Encourage you to move forward when you may be stuck stirring you into the flow and rhythm of life as You settle into a comfortable position Take a moment to place your hands across this energy center, Which is located just below the navel I Invite you to close your eyes and visualize the color orange or imagine you are sitting by a babbling brook When you feel yourself relaxing Release your arms to your sides if you are laying down Or into your lap if you are seated as we prepare to begin this meditation Today you awaken the power of your sensuality and Your creative juices begin to flow The water element of the sacral chakra moves you like the ebb and flow of the tide bringing great oceans of energy The warm and inviting luscious orange of this chakra invites you to expand and Your emotions draw you to pleasure and self gratification Finding swadhisthana one's own place And you choose to drink in the sweetness of life and ride the waves of change evolving blossoming and growing as you interrelate with others on your journey Allowing your senses to guide you Your desire for healthy relationships keeps you vibrant and vital Nurturing yourself and those you choose to spend your time with Celebrating differences yin and yang light and dark Feminine and masculine the moon and the sun heaven and earth Inspires your passion to explore the many sensations available to you Allowing you the freedom to express your feelings and dance your dance To further support the sacral chakra Repeat the following affirmations And the same is true for the sacral chakra To further support the sacral chakra repeat the following affirmations out loud or in your mind I am in touch with my feelings I embrace and celebrate my sexuality I attract like-minded people who support and love me for who I am I have healthy boundaries I accept the flow of change I am in touch with my feelings I accept the flow of change Bring your awareness back to your surroundings Back to your body and your breath and your breath.
