One With The Universe

This is an extended version of my track, "Dear Universe", which can be found here on Insight Timer. A reminder that we are special and have been placed on this Earth for a reason. We are all connected, and to feel this connection helps remind us of the infinite possibilities that are available to us.
This is a practice of deep gratitude for all that is good in your life – the abundance that the universe wants to bestow upon you if you have trust and an open heart.
The title of this track was inspired by the beautiful music by Chris Collins. I have purposely allowed spaces for you to let the music wash over you as you prepare for the soul nudges that will guide and support you on your journey.

Dear Universe, Thank you for creating me. And connecting me with my breath to Mother Earth. And placing me in the loving arms of my family. Bringing me from the source, So that my soul may find its home on this planet. I am so grateful for the vehicle that is my body. My physical being that holds me steady and strong and carries me through this life. I am at home in my body and promise to nourish the cells and organs that I have been gifted with nutritious food and ample rest, So I may enjoy abundant health and energy. Each day that I awaken and experience the awe and wonder of life. I am fulfilled with gratitude. I plant my feet on the earth and stretch my arms to the sky. Reflecting on the stardust energy of my ancestors. Which grounds me and fills me with purpose and meaning. This grounding has given me roots and a solid foundation. The safety and security of this foundation is a constant reminder that I belong. A beautiful life is my birthright. And I'm so thankful to have been blessed with the means to explore my soul purpose. I am here and I am safe. With these strong roots I can flourish and blossom and embrace life to the fullest. Thank you for making me a vessel for the sustenance that moves me and connects me to others who share my passions and knit perfectly into the fabric of my life at the right time and the right place. You have given me the ability to choose relationships that bring joy and harmony into my life, And to recognize those that celebrate and inspire me. My desire for healthy relationships keeps me vibrant and vital. I feel supported and nurtured and I carry this feeling forward so that I can nurture those I choose to spend my time with. I am awake to the power of my sensuality which draws me to pleasure and self-gratification. So I can drink in the sweetness of life and ride the waves of change. When I experience pain and discomfort, I will understand that I'm not being punished. I will place trust in the lesson it brings me and rejoice in the blessings that enrich my life. I will let my passions guide me and embrace the freedom that I have been given as a sentient being. So that I can express my feelings and dance my dance. I'm alive. Connected. And aware. Dear Universe, Thank you for your silent guidance and soul nudges. That drive me in the right direction. Reminding me that I'm the ambassador of my inner and outer worlds. Although my path may be predestined. I know I have the power of choice at any given moment. And the detours are there for a reason. I will embrace spontaneity with enthusiasm. Knowing there was a plan in place. You have given me the confidence to manifest my desires. And motivate me to find my true purpose. Because of the strong will I have been blessed with, My inner fire glows steady and bright. Shining out to others who support and encourage me. This builds my self-esteem and inspires my will so that anything seems possible. I instinctively know that I have everything I need within me to become a channel for power and change. This confidence instills in me a sense of worthiness. And I know I am capable of bringing my dreams to life. I'm coming into my true essence. Along the way, I thank you for the mountains you have given me to climb, And the rivers you have challenged me to cross. For they have brought me resilience, Fortitude, And humility. They have helped me strengthen my resolve. And taught me how to build bridges and rise above any obstacles I may face. I take this responsibility I have been given seriously. And pledge to be reliable and flexible. I will strive for success and perfection but will continue to be open to the signs and serendipities that guide my path. I will not blame others for risks that I take that do not bring the desired results. I will accept the challenge with grace and playfulness and smile. Knowing that I have been given an opportunity to take on board these lessons and begin again with renewed vigor and energy. For I will rise like the sun if I am called to. Dear Universe, Thank you for surrounding me with fellow humans that accept and care for me. So I would learn of unconditional love. And our innate need for nourishment, Support and fulfilment. This is my compass and light in times of darkness. I promise to spread loving energy to all the beautiful souls that come into my heart space. I'm in tune with nature and the joyful knowing that all things are connected. I open my eyes to this beauty that surrounds me and lift my heart in gratitude. My spirits are lifted and I feel a deep sense of inner peace and contentment. How good it feels to be in the present moment and be free from the hurts of the past and worries of the future. The liberation I experience from forgiving those who have hurt me. Brings expansiveness and joy. And I am in touch with my true essence. The fullness in my heart opens me to the magic and majesty of Mother Earth. And I feel at home in my world. In this gentle place, I am able to feel unconditional acceptance and love for my fellow human beings, And lead with love and compassion. Thank you for instilling in me this sense of fairness and compassion for those who may be less fortunate than I. I will make every effort to invite loving energy into my life. So that I may fill my own cup. And have plenty left over to share a radiant glow of warmth wherever I go. I understand I cannot solve all the world's problems. But I can make a positive impact in my own little corner of the world with small acts of kindness and create a butterfly effect. My brave and tender heart will reach out energetically to those that are hurting. If I raise my vibration, I will raise the vibration for all. For I am a Lightworker. A lifter of spirits. A spreader of joy and goodwill. My true essence is love. Dear Universe, Thank you for giving me the gift of sentience. So I may perceive when I need to listen and when I need to speak. And when I need to sing from the rooftops. My heart will lead the way as I am a being of truth. And will use my voice to lift spirits and be in harmony and resonance with my fellow sentient beings. For I know I am not alone on this journey. I will express myself with authenticity. And communicate with grace and honesty. So my creative ideas are heard and respected. When I feel confused. I will listen to my inner voice. On our channel, My awareness to unite. Share and expand my world. I am so grateful for the ability to quiet my mind. And not get caught up in old stories that don't support me. Or support those I love and care for. In this high level of sensitivity. I'm guided by the deeper power I have been given. A voice that speaks without words. So when I do speak, My words are pure and clear. And my thoughts manifest from a place of love and understanding. I'm in tune with the needs of others. And I'm speaking my truth. And I thank you for the insight and awareness I have been blessed with. I will raise myself to a higher level of consciousness. And take care of my inner well. So that I may align my energy for the greater good. Self-reflection helps me see the bigger picture and the path ahead is clear and bright. My spirit soars and transcends time as I recall the people, Places and experiences that have brought me to this moment. The wisdom of my ancestors carries and guides me on my path to Seoul. I dedicate myself to this path. As my dreams and imaginings fuel my creativity and manifest on the physical plane. I intuitively know that I am in the right place at the right time. I have all that I need within me. And I see the light. I am the light. Dear Universe, Thank you for illuminating my path. So that I can see from a higher perspective all the spaciousness that surrounds me. I may be a small thread in this web of life, But my actions matter. I will play my part to be an active global participant. So I can protect the planet from my corner of the world. From this higher level of consciousness. I know that we are all connected by the natural rhythms of the Earth. All in nature. Everything living. Shares the same breath. All life is supported by the same air. Thank you, Mother Earth. For this constant support. I promise to never take you for granted. For you on my spiritual and physical home. You have given my life purpose and meaning. And this is my wish for all. My mind is open. My spirit is willing. And I am connected to my soul path. I have faith in humanity and unity. For there is goodness everywhere. From this sense of oneness. I am deeply grateful to have found my place and feel boundless love and acceptance for Divinity in all its forms. I am a living expression of this divine energy. I have a right to be here. I'm a part of the magic and the mystery. And my presence has impact. I will listen to your wisdom and own my effect on the world. I will walk soft and spread love, Light and harmony. I trust you as the teacher and guide who resides deep within my spirit. Thank you for my life. For the beauty and wonder of Mother Nature. For the sun, The moon, The stars, And the planet we call home. For the opportunities that are showered upon me when I open my eyes. And for the joy that brings magic and miracles into open arms and hearts. I will soak it up and share with my fellow travellers. And delight in the ripple it creates. I am pure consciousness.
