She guides students to explore practices designed to bring stillness and peace on their paths and find connection with their purpose. All offerings are by appointment only and customized to individual needs. As an advanced level yoga and meditation teacher, she has extensive experience in areas of mindful education, physical alignment, breathing techniques and trauma sensitive support.
