Be still.

Be still and know that I am here.

Be still in the midst of the noise.

Be still even when chaos surrounds you.

Your heart longs for stillness.

Your mind longs for ease.

The edges of your body feel pulled,

Longing to move and connect and act and do.

And yet in the stillness there's restoration and replenishment.

In the stillness you find the deep knowing and the guidance that you need.

Be still.

Be still and know I am right here with you.

There is a tiny sanctuary that lives in the center of your soul.

Breathe.

Follow the breath inward.

Arrive in the sanctuary of this moment,

This precious moment in which you receive the gift to live so deeply in this body.

Be still.

Allow the edges of the skin to sink,

Melt into the bones and allow the bones to become heavy and sink,

Melting towards the heart of the earth.

Notice the mind following,

Quietly sinking,

Quieting down,

Down,

Down.

The mind sinking into the sanctuary of the heart and the soul within you.

And the breath emerges and gently wraps around mind stuff.

A comforting embrace.

The mind softens.

The body follows.

And there is ease.

All of this can be found within you.

All of this is met in the stillness.

Be still and know I am here.

All that I need and all that I am meant to be is right here in the sanctuary of this moment in this body.

Here is where we connect by slowing down,

Stilling,

Quieting,

Surrendering.

Surrendering to the embrace of your breath,

To the softness that emerges.

Notice the shift in your expression.

Notice the transformation of just a few moments of stillness and surrender to the beauty of you.

Gathering your hands in the heart space,

Bowing your head.

Honor the still,

Quiet space that resides within you.

You can turn into the stillness and know all that you need for this day.

You can know gratitude for this life and love.

Be still and know that I am here.

Psalm 4610.

May your path be guided.

May the pure light of the world shine into even the darkest corners where we feel lost.

May you feel surrounded and comforted by the breath as it embraces you.

May you feel inspired to return again and again to the still sanctuary that resides within you.

Be still and know.

I thought this meditation worked really well, deceptively simple, from the quiet voice to the music-no music-music and the use of Scripture. Thank you for putting this together, it brought me calm & peace ✨🙏🏻
