Welcome to the journey inward.

I am inviting you on a journey into this moment.

I'm inviting you to witness the truth of who you are.

Free from judgments,

Free from ideals,

Free from misidentifications that you've based on ego.

Please choose a comfortable seat so that you may witness today's journey while remaining alert yet relaxed.

Letting go of any need you may feel to control or direct the experience.

You are the witness today.

Be at ease.

Exhale,

Letting go of the past.

Exhale,

Letting go of the future.

Arriving in this moment,

Noticing the body that you have arrived in.

Making any minor adjustments to ensure comfort.

Allowing the body to settle of the movements and activities of this day.

Exhaling,

Letting go.

I invite you to be open to this moment.

Welcoming the clothes to rest on your body,

The body to rest on your seat.

Really seeing yourself here in this moment,

Ready to begin your journey inward.

Noticing what you wear,

How you look,

Noticing your appearance today.

Exhaling,

Letting go of any judgments or ideals about body or appearance.

In inhaling,

Welcome you.

Welcome yourself to come forth and see clearly all that you are.

Freedom from all that you're not.

As you begin your journey,

You might begin with an announcement of who you are.

If I asked you,

Who else would you say that you are today?

How would you introduce yourself if you were beginning a journey with other passengers?

Beginning a journey and meeting your guide.

Who do you say that you are?

Exhale any worry or anxiety of the right answer or the wrong answer.

Just witness what is.

What identity or roles did you arrive in your seat today as?

Who would you say that you are?

Exhale,

Letting go of the attachment to those roles and identities.

Can you be free to change?

I invite you to be open to the possibility that you are none of the identities.

Be open to the possibility that you are none of the roles that you play or the names that you call yourself.

Exhale,

Let go.

Free yourself from needing to be your identity.

Free yourself of attachments to who you are.

Exhale who you are not and let go.

Allowing the belly to relax and exhale deeply,

Releasing and clearing away old ideas and labels.

Exhale the name.

Inhale this moment.

This moment of freedom to be you.

Exhale your titles and let go of attachment to becoming and living up to those titles and inhale welcoming you.

Freedom from ego's attachment to your accomplishments,

Positions in life.

Freedom from the need to become someone.

Inhaling.

Welcome.

In I am.

Allow the breath to open.

Looking down into the very depths of you.

Inhaling,

Silently reciting to yourself I am.

And feeling the light and the fullness of you.

Free from judgments.

Exhale.

Exhale the good.

Exhale the negative.

Letting go of your impressions.

Letting go of making impressions.

Opening to who you are.

Exhaling memories of who you believed you were.

Let go of the past and allow the breath to rinse and cleanse all the identities that you've held on to in this lifetime.

Grasping to retain their images,

Ideals.

Let them go.

Allow the exhale to wash them away.

You are none of these.

Exhale.

Inhale freedom from attachments.

Pause and just be.

I am in this moment.

In this moment free from becoming someone new.

Free from change.

Freedom from hopes and expectations of the future.

Exhale.

Let go of dreams and hopes that are taking you out of this moment.

Inhale freedom to be here now.

Exhale let go of becoming.

And as you inhale come to center.

Here and now shifting your focus into an inward state of consciousness.

Exhale deeply.

Perhaps sigh or yawn.

Freeing your body to open and receive.

Freedom to dwell in this moment.

As you disidentify with all your roles and labels.

Who are you then in this moment?

Shift your conscience and allow your consciousness to show you who remains.

Here.

Now.

Exhale and be at the center.

Breathe in.

Opening.

Each exhale allows you to find freedom of tension.

Old ideas.

Old sufferings.

Each exhalation brings freedom from attachments.

Freedom from wishes to change.

As you breathe in to the very center of this moment allow freedom to expand spaciousness with the inhalation.

Inhale ease allowing.

Inhale softness accepting.

I am here.

I am in center.

Journey even deeper.

Allowing the breath to continue to guide you.

Your clear awareness into your truth.

Ride the breath as your vehicle inward into who you are.

Softening.

Ride the vehicle of the breath on the waves of the inhalation opening the body.

Exhaling meeting the flow of letting go.

Allow the wave of the in breath to open deeper.

Softening your edges.

Your borders.

And feeling the state of becoming one.

Softening into the state of being one.

Meeting the breath.

Being one with your breath.

Being one with all that surrounds you.

Inhale to center.

Arriving at the universe within you.

As you sense the breath moving through the rivers and pathways of the interior you soften.

Allow yourself to be breathed.

A sense of flowing into the currents and rhythms of the universe.

The universe that resides within and surrounds.

Soften into oneness.

Expansive.

Freedom to open.

Exhale.

Freedom to be part of the stream of consciousness.

Inhale.

Moving inward.

A stream of consciousness flowing through you.

Exhale.

Meet the universal current.

Opening.

Time to expand conscious awareness.

All that is within is just a mirror of all that surrounds you.

Feeling the rhythm of all the answers to the questions.

Who am I?

I invite you to stay in this clear consciousness.

Stay as long as time allows on this journey.

Your journey into truth.

Your experience of freedom.

Be here.

Dwell in all that you really are.

Soften.

Flowing.

Just breathe.

Be here.
