This guided prayer, talk, and meditation is for couples to engage together or individually. This "long version" offers guidance and time to begin a daily practice of love and prayer for couples to engage in together. Please see the short version for a brief and daily practice that is encouraged to use regularly. I encourage you to breathe together each day. To sit in silence together with "no goals" or hopes but simply to set aside time to commit to the willful act of loving each other. Love is a choice. Showing up for one another is also a choice. Prayer roots us and holds us together. I pray that this meditation inspires you to create your own prayer. 1 Corinthians 13:4-7 - Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
