She Let Go. A Guided Deep Relaxation Experience. It is suggested that you set up a comfortable savasana or restorative yoga place, where you may be lying down and receptive. Props Are Not Required, but may include: 2-3 blankets. A heavy or weighted blanket. A cushion or pillow under the knees. An eye pillow. A weighted blanket, or Sand Bags on thighs if Seated or Reclined, to support grounding energy when anxious. Poem at the End of this Segment by "Safire Rose" titled 'She Let Go'.
