Image Visualization In this session, we will begin our practice with Pranayama, followed by Yoga Nidra relaxation. However, we will introduce a new element into the Yoga Nidra practice, which is the use of visualization. We will use images to help calm the mind and promote relaxation. As we continue with the practice, we may find that our ability to visualize becomes stronger and more vivid, allowing us to more fully immerse ourselves in the experience of relaxation.
