Breath Countdown In this session, we will continue with our usual practices of pranayama followed by Yoga Nidra relaxation. However, we will introduce a new technique called "Breath Countdown" during the Yoga Nidra practice. This technique involves counting your breaths backwards from 27 to 1, with each breath becoming slower and deeper as you progress towards 1. This can help to deepen your relaxation, focus your mind, and promote a sense of calm and peace.
