Vipassana Morning Retreat 6 - Kinhin (Walking Meditation)
In this second walking meditation, our attention is once again focused on the slow connected movements of our bodies as we walk. You may have seen Theravada monks walking the streets slowly in Vietnam. Each slow step is measured and deliberate. They are completely unaffected by the hustle and bustle of pedestrians, cars, and the hundreds of scooters that whizz past them in a frenzy. Maybe ultimately we can do this, too? This time, in the audio, there are simply three starting gongs, then a gong every two minutes, followed by three ending gongs. Enjoy!
