After speaking with one of the instructors she was inspired to obtain a 200 hour yoga certification with Tamal Dodge. She loved it so much she decided to expand the practice to yoga nidra and trained with Alex Nashton. Michelle has a passion to share yoga, yoga nidra and guided meditations with her students.
