Welcome to this guided meditation to help you drift off to sleep.

This is your time for rest.

So settle in,

Making yourself as comfortable as you can in your bed.

Work yourself in.

There's nothing else to do.

Use my voice as a guide into deep rest.

As you relax,

Notice your breath.

Notice your inhales and your exhales.

Letting any tension melt away.

This is your meditation for receiving.

The point of this meditation is to help you get into a receptive state where your desires,

Your needs,

Your belongings all come to you naturally.

These are the meditation for surrender,

For trusting and realizing how much support you actually have around you.

This meditation will help imprint new thoughts into your subconscious mind for attracting and receiving ease.

Feel your whole body relax as it sinks deeper to the support of the surface beneath you.

Your head and neck relaxed.

Arms relaxed.

Shoulders relaxed.

Twerks relaxed.

Legs and feet completely relaxed.

Your whole body completely relaxed.

The world deeply desires to support you.

Everything is working for you.

Everything is happening for your good.

Everything is happening in your favor and in divine timing.

You are so completely supported.

Everyone loves to help you and give you what you need.

Your existence is a gift and you bring so much to others.

You are truly supported.

You are so loved and taken care of.

It is safe to fall asleep knowing you are taken care of.

The people who know you are on your side.

As you take in the support and being held,

You know you are on the right path.

You get to have all that you desire.

Trusting and knowing it is all ready done.

So much so that your heart is filled with gratitude.

You allow yourself to drift off to sleep.

It is safe to fall asleep and stay asleep.

To let your body repair and rejuvenate itself.

Let your mind rest.

No need to worry.

Now it is time for deep sleep.

Let your body drift into a peaceful,
