Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel.

Let's begin.

Close your eyes.

Go within.

And do your utmost to be relaxed and to release any tension.

And beginning to just open your mind up to the possibility,

The possibility of manifesting your desires,

Your heart's wishes.

What if you could attract,

Become what you desire?

What will it take for you to let go of the old version of you to step forward into a new version?

And so beginning by becoming aware of the thoughts that are not in alignment with who you want to be.

And understanding that those thoughts create emotions.

And those emotions create action.

And so beginning to think about the thoughts that are no longer in alignment with the new version of you.

Take a moment to reflect upon that.

And just taking a moment also to acknowledge if this is something that was passed down to you,

That you were told maybe when you were a child.

Or was this something that you created over time?

Maybe life was hard,

You lost hope,

Whatever it may be.

And can you take a moment to acknowledge that these thoughts were created to keep you safe,

That the intention was good.

However,

Regardless of that,

Now it's time to move on.

So what are you willing to let go of to forgive?

And remember you are in charge.

So telling your mind,

I am ready,

I am ready to release these thoughts forever.

I am ready to make way for new thoughts.

I am ready to create a new version of me so that my life will reflect that.

I demand this and so it is.

And now inviting in the version of you that you desire to become.

How does that version think?

What is different?

And therefore how do they feel?

And what do they do differently?

Reflect upon that.

And now knowing this,

Take a moment to really embody this version of you,

To feel them.

If you like,

Hold your heart.

Take a moment to just surrender to this feeling,

To this belief.

And now declaring to your mind,

Mind,

I now declare this to be my true self,

My new thoughts.

My true self,

My new thoughts.

I demand this and so it is.

Taking a moment to just appreciate.

Appreciate the old you and the new you.

And it's finally time now to come back.

Slowly expanding your awareness back into the space,

Back into your body.

Take your time when you're ready.
