I liked this meditation very much but the description is different from what the meditation actually is. There is one spirit guide in this meditation whose looks are described for you. Rather than receiving messages and support from your guides, this is a manifestation meditation. You are asked to consider what you wish to manifest in your life and once you decide upon that, you are asked to give up what is holding you back from receiving that. There is a ceremony of release and then a ceremony of accepting what you want to manifest.
