Nadi Shodhan pranayama can:

- Harmonize the left and right hemispheres of the brain, which correlate to the logical and emotional sides of our personality.
- Helps clear the Nadis - the subtle energy channels, supporting smooth flow of prana (life force) through the body.
- Some say it can help regulate the body temperature. (hot flashes anyone!)

Healing Generational Imprints In Your Matriarchal Line
Do you have a cycle or pattern in your life such as victimhood that you cannot identify or match to your childhood? Damaging beliefs and imprints that are not your own. This can be because you carry the wounds of your matriarchal line. We dive into Generational Imprints in your matriarchal line. You can listen to this session and come back to it when you have gathered the stories of your mother and her mother and so on. You may have to pause and gather the stories from the woman that came before you before completing this powerful exercise. If you don’t know your birth mother this applies to the person who raised you.
You will need paper and pen and either 3 -5 small toys or chess pieces or lego pieces to represent these woman and yourself.
This work is usually done in an in person workshop, it is intense and powerful and will take longer than the 10 minutes allocated here.

Boundaries In The Masculine
If you are deeply feeling and sensitive boundaries are essential. Do you struggle to hold a boundary against resistance? Do you give more than you have in reserves and then feel depleted? Perhaps you feel overwhelmed in crowds or struggle not to feel other peoples emotions. In order to have real empathy you must have boundaries otherwise you are reacting to the way that thing or situation feels in your body rather than empathizing for another person. We look at your imprints around boundaries and learn to hold different kinds of boundaries, physical and energetic.

Divine Feminine And Cycles
Aligning with natures cycles can improve overall health and sleep. I am very experienced in the disruption of this cycle and how to fix it and I share what I’ve learned.
Light plays a huge factor - we cover the different kinds of light, what they do and how to use them to aid you in attaining great consistent sleep and good wakeful energy during the day. We also cover other easy actions that will help, especially when your hormones are affected.
You can work with your own bodies cycles such as your menstrual cycle and/or the moon cycles to release trauma or old damaging beliefs. The ‘death’ or ‘letting go’ is a necessary part of creation. Like the seed of a flower that begins in the dark womb-like dirt, it must let go of that comfort to sprout into the sunlight. In a similar way, a newborn lets go of the comfort of the womb to be born. In this way you complete the cycle - releasing ‘death’ and creating the new.
We go over specific and practical steps you can incorporate into your life to aid you in this cycle.

Cycles reside in the realm of the Feminine and the cycles of the Moon are no exception. When you work with cycles you can better embody your divine feminine. This lesson is a guided Yoga Nidra Relaxation to be done within 3 days of the Full Moon. So come back to this during that time. We begin with breath, then set your Sankulpa - that which you are ready to release - then move through a rotation of awareness that's less than 5 minutes. Finishing a visualization - working with the energies of the moon to release.

Rituals come in all shapes and sizes. For some, their first cup of coffee is an important ritual, for others its just a way to wake. Culturally and religiously there are rituals a plenty: wedding and funerals.
