Welcome,

My name's Carly.

This is a short mantra and mudra Kundalini meditation.

I find this helpful to do when you're going through a time of change and you can't see the way through.

You can't see the answer to the issue or the problem or the situation.

Or if you're feeling a lot of fear and resistance around something,

You have to let go for something to be reborn.

This practice has two components,

The mantra,

Which is the sound you make,

And the mudra,

Which is the position of your hands.

So sit comfortably with your back up straight,

Close your eyes and have your point of focus be your third eye in the centre of your forehead.

As your hands rest comfortably on your lap,

You cycle through,

Touching the pad of your thumb to each finger.

You begin by touching your thumb to your first finger.

The sound is sa,

It means universe or infinity.

Then the second finger,

The sound is ta,

Which means life.

The third finger,

Which is your ring finger,

The sound is na and represents death.

The fifth finger or little finger,

The sound is ma and represents rebirth.

So you touch to each finger as you say the corresponding mantra.

This represents the cycle of creation.

From the infinite comes life and individual existence,

And from life comes death,

Which is change,

And from that comes the rebirth.

Nature shows us these cycles represented all around us with the cycles of nature,

Of plants,

Of the moon.

And when we clearly focus all our attention on that process,

It is said to clear the way for that rebirth,

To clear a path to where you're going.

Because as humans,

We tend to hold on to the things.

The cycle of death is challenging for us.

Even if it's something we don't want in our life,

We tend to hold on to what we know.

And when you're moving through a transition,

The old thing has to die for the new and better to come in.

And that is what this process is for.

So let's begin.

Sit comfortably with your legs crossed.

And remember,

You're going to cycle through the mudra with your thumb touching through each finger.

And I will be repeating the mantra so you can follow along with me.

We will repeat it out loud and then we will whisper it and then we will say it in our mind.

Satsang with Mooji Satsang with Mooji Satsang with Mooji Sat-ta-na-maa Sat-ta-na-maa Sat-ta-na-maa Sat-ta-na-maa Sat-ta-na-maa Sat-ta-na-maa Sat-ta-na-maa Sat-ta-na-maa Sat-ta-na-maa Sat-ta-na-maa Sat-ta-na-maa Sat-ta-na-maa Sat-ta-na-maa Sat-ta-na-maa Continue with the mudra of your fingers and whispering the mantra.

Sat-ta-na-maa Sat-ta-na-maa Sat-ta-na-maa Sat-ta-na-maa Sat-ta-na-maa Now continue the mudra and silently repeat the mantra in your mind.

Now continue the mudra and silently repeat the mantra in your mind.

Now continue the mudra and silently repeat the mantra in your mind.

Namaste.

You are the only one who can be the most important person in life.
