Meet your Teacher

Tanya is a holistic wellness expert specializing in Mind/Brain/Body management strategies to support overall wellbeing. Tanya is the creator of REST for Women With ADHD, an online community designed to help women with ADHD embrace rest, dwell in it and live a lifestyle of restful wellness. Tanya is a Certified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Practitioner; Certified Mindfulness Practitioner; Christian Meditation Facilitator; Certified CBT Anxiety Life Coach; Brain Health Coach; Certified ETF/TFT Practitioner; and Certified Aromatherapist specializing in Nootropics and Aromachology. Tanya is a member of the Public Policy Committee of CHADD (Children and Adults with ADHD), Society of Metabolic Health Practitioners and the National Association of Holistic Aromatherapist. She is a faithful Minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and Christian Mentor.
