Tanya Murphy is a faith-based mindfulness and rest teacher who helps women embrace restorative living through biblical wisdom and brain-based tools. Her work weaves together Christian meditation, spiritual rest, ADHD-informed wellness education, and restorative lifestyle design. Through her ministry, Rest in His Presence, Tanya guides women in cultivating sacred rhythms of rest that foster peace, clarity, and balance. By integrating neuroscience, scripture, and practical self-care rituals, she helps transform exhaustion into renewal, inviting women to experience rest and sleep as divine gifts rather than daily struggles. Tanya is also the CEO of The Society for ADHD and Co-Occurring Conditions, a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to providing ADHD education and awareness within faith-based and historically marginalized communities. She is certified in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and CBT Anxiety Life Coaching, and she serves as a Christian minister who speaks nationally and facilitates workshops on the intersection of faith, wellbeing, and neurodiversity.
