Over the course of seven classes, we will explore how to: better self soothe your nervous system, use resistance to your benefit; address and let go of perfectionism; understand the pleasure center of your brain and how to eat in a way the guarantees more satiation; uplevel your emotional intelligence and learn tools to help the body off-gas trapped emotions; bring more peace into your heart through a powerful forgiveness process; and finally, heal your relationship with your body using the Hawaian healing process of Ho'Oponopono.


Meet your Teacher

Melinda Jacobs’ life mission is to empower transformation personally and globally. As an International Intuitive Coach, Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Speaker, Teacher, and Author, Melinda has worked professionally in the healing arts since 1988 with people in 46 countries around the world. Her Intuitive Coaching practice, Quantum Therapeutics, specializes in empowering people to heal through and beyond trauma. In addition, she teaches how to develop intuition and navigate the world as a highly sensitive being. Her unique three-fold approach helps people (i) resolve past trauma; (ii) learn more effective tools; and (iii) integrate the many aspects of self. As a result, clients develop deep compassion for themselves, get clarity about their purpose and step into their best lives. Melinda has studied extensively with metaphysicians, spiritual healers, Practitioners of Science of Mind and Centers of Spiritual Living, counselors and many others. She holds Certifications in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Coaching, Cellular Release Therapy, Regression Therapy, Massage, and Craniosacral Therapy and has done specialty training in addiction counseling. She is a Yoga Instructor and has been a Reiki Master for over 30 years. By combining her heightened sixth sense and unique trainings, Melinda offers a unique perspective on peoples' internal and external relationships, and how to achieve a more self-realized and fulfilling life.

Mindful Eating For Maximum Satiation

Today we are exploring the missing ingredient of mindful eating. Did you know that there is a biochemical flood of feel-good chemicals that naturally occur when you eat? Understanding what happens in the brain allows you to fully enjoy the moments of your brain's pleasure center being flooded with those feel good chemicals. And when you are able to appreciate your food and slow down, your satiation skyrockets! And when you are satiated Beloved, chances are high you will eat a loss less and feel significantly better about yourself and your health! Bon Appetit!

Lesson 5

Emotional Intelligence - Name The Feelings

Often times, the emotional body and energy contained within are ignored or dismissed for so many reasons. Today we are addressing the importance of adding a mindful practice of naming feelings and will address how that changes your brain physiology. Ultimately, unresolved feelings stay stuck in our bodies until they are released, much like a thorn in the paw.

The Power Of Forgiveness

Forgiveness can be a tricky practice as I often see it being used to jump ahead to the end of the healing journey without doing the challenging in between bits. Today you will learn five powerful forgiveness statements that ultimately will free you from your own judgement and criticism of yourself and others. Enjoy the liberation!

Healing The Relationship With Your Body

Our final missing ingredient is acknowledging the harmful ways we have been in relationship with the body temple. This can be a challenging step and a powerfully healing leap as well. Today we discuss ways we may have been unkind to ourselves and you will learn the transformative healing practice of Ho'Oponopono. Your relationship with your body is about to be upleveled!
