In a world that moves so fast, we often lose sight of the natural rhythm that resides within us. This meditation invites you to slow down and reconnect with your innate pace, the one that allows you to breathe deeply, live mindfully, and align with the natural flow of life. Through guided relaxation and gentle awareness, you will rediscover the power of stillness, where your body and mind can harmonize, releasing the need for constant busyness. And so just coming into this moment,

Taking some long,

Deep breaths,

And as you exhale,

Just sighing out the tension,

The day,

Everything that's transpired.

And as you breathe in,

Breathing in that golden rose-colored light,

That refreshing,

Healing,

Revitalizing light energy.

Exhaling,

Just allowing your body to settle into this moment,

Settle into the space.

Feeling the weight of the body sinking into the support beneath you.

Feeling the support beneath you rising up and holding you effortlessly.

Just allowing the breath to be soft and easy and rhythmic.

No need to change it.

Just allowing that softness of breath be the mirror for the ease that you're inviting into the body,

Into the heart,

Into the mind.

Like sand through an hourglass,

You could just imagine the tension in the body,

In the heart,

In the mind,

Just falling away,

Dissolving and falling into the earth to be absorbed and transmuted.

Just allowing the breath to be easy and relaxed.

Whatever busyness that's being held in the system,

You could just imagine that downshifting and just gently slowing.

To whatever is available to you in this moment.

Maybe you're able to completely come to that still point,

To that deep,

Silent place within.

Maybe in this moment,

There's still some busyness and noticeably slower than it was just a moment ago.

Remembering there's no forcing,

Just focusing on that easefulness.

As if there is a deeper rhythm within your being that would like to emerge.

Often times we get so busy,

We forget,

We get out of sync.

We move away from our natural state of being and this is a moment to just allow the body to reset itself,

Right here,

Right now,

To whatever pace is more natural for you.

And without trying to figure that out consciously with the mind,

Connecting with that higher wisdom,

That intelligence of the body,

And just asking that wisdom to bring me the experience of a more natural rhythm in my body,

In my heart,

And in my mind.

What is that more natural state of being for you?

You could imagine yourself somewhere in nature,

Listening to the gentle chirping of birds,

The gentle breeze of the wind flowing through the trees,

Through the grass.

Maybe there's sounds of water nearby.

Nature all around you,

Reminding you of your unique rhythm,

Your natural rhythm,

Coming back to that essence of who you really are.

Not who you think you should be,

Not all the busyness and the striving,

The achieving and the competing,

Letting go of all of that,

Just being here in this moment with nature,

Allowing the easefulness to fill every cell of your body,

Allowing that gentle pace to wash through the mind,

Through the thinking,

And through all the effects of the thinking.

Just downshifting and slowing down,

Whatever that natural pace is for you in this moment.

Maybe there's something on your heart,

On your mind,

That you just need to hand over to that higher source,

Your higher wisdom,

Your higher self,

Maybe even a higher authority beyond you,

Just handing it over for safekeeping,

For clarity,

For wisdom,

For healing,

Inviting yourselves to just remember,

Remember this slower pace,

Memorize this as a step or two or many closer to your more natural rhythm.

Taking one more deep breath now,

And as you exhale,

Just allowing yourself to let go of the visualization,

Remembering this easeful pace,

Taking it with you into your day,

Into your week,

Reminding yourself of who you really,

Truly are,

And when you're ready,

You can just open your eyes.
