The Journey into self-acceptance can be prolonged if we don’t stop and change our attitude and behaviour towards it. We think it isn't easy when it is easier than you think. We tend to stop at the first obstacle that will take us to our self-sabotage. Over the next ten days, we will build your road to acceptance using colours and patterns already present in your life. We will go through how we should start to give the message of transformation into ourselves, passing through emotions, energy, journalling, self-love, mind traps and more to arrive at acceptance that you will see that is already inside of you.


Meet your Teacher

Jude is an Italian-based Author, Transformational Coach, Yoga Nidra, Meditation teacher, and Addiction counselor accredited by IPHM. He created a platform to heal people through 1:1 Sessions exploring the importance of learning about ourselves openly and without judgments and empowering all the tools already present in ourselves. He is the Author of a bestseller LGBTQ+ Novel and of two poetry collections about his own experience with mental health. His healing journey started eight years ago, and in that period, he learned all the skills and wisdom to share his experience with the world. Being a green witch, all his meditation has a significant connection with Mother Nature.

Today is about love and how we tend to see love as something unique and far from us. I will guide you through the importance of choosing love instead of jumping in love without recognising where you are now with it. White: Acceptance

Today, it will be all about acceptance and how we are so blinded by the fact that acceptance looks at us each day, and we tend not to acknowledge it. Self-acceptance is so powerful if you create awareness towards it. I will give you all the tools you need to realise that everything is about acceptance after this journey.
